Earlier in his career, from 1971 to 1979, Mr. Bianco was employed as an elevator operator with Mainco Elevator in Long Island City. Mr. Bianco's educational journey began after relocating from New York to South Dakota in 1971 to complete his schooling. He pursued coursework at Midland College in Midland, Texas, which contributed foundational knowledge that supported his subsequent endeavors across multiple industries and states.
