In addition to her entrepreneurial pursuits, Ms. Chambers has built an impressive career at Morgan Stanley, a leading financial firm. She currently serves as Assistant Vice President project manager, a role she assumed in 2025 after previously holding positions as a senior associate project manager and business analyst from 2021 to 2024. Her responsibilities have included overseeing complex projects, managing cross-functional teams and leveraging her expertise in business analysis to implement seamless financial transitions.

Ms. Chambers' leadership extends to her role as chief operating officer of the National Association of Black Accountants (NABA) Inc., a position she began in 2024. Now as Co-Chair of the organization, she is pivotal in maintaining and strengthening corporate relationships — most notably with Morgan Stanley — ensuring continued sponsorship and economic support for professional development initiatives. Her efforts have provided diverse talent with access to resume reviews, interview preparation and exposure to the financial industry, particularly benefiting students from non-target schools such as Alabama State University.

Throughout the early stages of her career, Ms. Chambers' creative talents were evident during her two-year tenure as a designer, editor and blogger for ANOVA Inside Out: Lifestyle & Expression, where she wrote popular articles and provided fashion tips for embracing one's inner beauty. She further developed her people skills through roles as a team member at Shake Shack in Carle Place from 2016 to 2017, social media marketing intern at AHRC Nassau in 2016 and usher at The SPACE on Long Island from 2015 to 2016.

Hailing from an equally accomplished academic background, Ms. Chambers earned a Master of Science in organizational leadership from Mercy University in 2022 and a Bachelor of Business Administration in human resources management and services — with coursework in psychology and a minor in law — from Lubin School of Business at Pace University in 2020. Determined to make an impact outside the classroom as well, she was a member of the Betta Gamma Sigma Honor Society at Mercy and served as both a peer leader resource assistant and member of the school's dance team at Pace.

Dedicated to the ideals of continuous learning and professional growth, Ms. Chambers is certified AI Builder, Business Analyst, an Agile Scrum Master and product manager by Morgan Stanley as well as in cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) first aid by the American Heart Association.

Reflecting on her storied journey to date, Ms. Chambers credits God as central to her achievements and is immensely grateful for the love and support of her family; especially her mother Jacqueline. Her journey into wellness coaching was inspired by her own personal crisis recovery; affirmations and mindfulness practices became her tools for healing, all of which she now shares with others through trauma-informed programs designed for women from Dominican American and other underrepresented backgrounds.

Also recognized for her deeply rooted community service, Ms. Chambers has served as program lead for the Abyss of Sound Choir — which collects clothing donations to send to women's shelters, and has been a fundraising volunteer for Relay For Life of Greater Heights since 2016. As a youth coordinator and now present Youth President as of 2024 at Westbury Divine Church of God since 2012, she has revitalized the youth ministry by organizing engaging activities such as Friday youth meetings, career day presentations at local schools and nursing home visits with youth groups. Her additional civic involvement includes service as a rally worker at Westbury High School and volunteer efforts at nursing homes as well as for reading programs in city schools.

Alongside her affirmation candle line, Ms. Chambers is passionate about running Pocket of Peace, a program that raises awareness about social-emotional learning within Westbury schools. She continues to collaborate with schools, businesses and organizations such as Morgan Stanley to promote mental health awareness and advocate for open and honest conversation.

Ms. Chambers' impact within her field and throughout her community has been recognized by major media outlets including Forbes Woman, Forbes Business, The New York Times, CNN, CBS and the Long Island Press. In honor of her dedication to helping those in need, she was presented with the Global Lifetime Legacy Award from Kendria Moore Ministries in 2026 as well as the Volunteer Presidency Award in 2016.

Looking toward the future, Ms. Chambers plans to transition NOVA EssenceIO into a full-time operation focused on strategy, team building and expansion. Her goal is to scale the Positive Peace program into educational institutions and corporate settings while securing contracts with the New York City Department of Education for her Joy of Missing Out (JOMO) youth empowerment initiative. She also aims to build a team of facilitators and ensure that NOVA reaches even more communities while providing vital safe spaces for underrepresented populations.
