From 2022 to 2025, he served as senior manager of software development for Prime Video Sports, leading an organization of approximately 30 professionals and building the operational platform powering Prime Video's live sports portfolio, including the NFL, NBA, English Premier League, UEFA Champions League, Roland-Garros, and the US Open.

Among Mr. Adoc's most notable achievements was spearheading the launch of Twitch Prime following Amazon's acquisition of Twitch, delivering hundreds of free games and exclusive in-game content to millions of subscribers worldwide. His team hired new members, built the product, and launched it within a challenging nine-month timeframe to coincide with TwitchCon, overcoming significant obstacles to meet a fixed deadline.

From 2021 to 2022, Mr. Adoc took on the unique position of dedicated bar raiser within Amazon's Pathfinder program. Traditionally a part-time role reserved for select professionals who elevate hiring standards by participating in interviews and coaching other interviewers, he proposed and executed the concept of serving as a full-time bar raiser, a first for the company. He conducted more than 1,500 interviews during this period, making a substantial impact on Amazon's talent acquisition processes.

As senior manager of software development for Prime Gaming at Amazon from 2019 to 2021, Mr. Adoc built high-performing teams and mentored engineers who would go on to become leaders themselves, a facet of his career he considers among his greatest accomplishments. From 2016 to 2019, he managed software development for Twitch Prime, where he continued to nurture talent and drive innovation.

Mr. Adoc's earlier tenure at Amazon included serving as a senior software development engineer for GameCircle and as a software development engineer II. He began his journey there in 2007 as a software development engineer focused on digital software and video games.

Before joining Amazon, Mr. Adoc worked as a cryptanalytic programmer for the United States Department of Defense from 2003 to 2007, honing his analytical skills in a highly technical environment. In 2003, he served as an actuarial programmer at WellPoint (now Elevance Health) and was previously a software developer at PATH.

Alongside his innovations in the AI sector, Mr. Adoc has been recognized as an inventor on several United States patents that have contributed to advancements in application state data management and distributed network technologies. He has also been civically engaged through volunteer service with Big Brothers Big Sisters of America, reflecting his commitment to giving back.

Mr. Adoc earned a Master of Science in computer science from The Johns Hopkins University in 2005 after completing dual Bachelor of Arts degrees in computer science and applied mathematics at the University of California, Berkeley, in 2002.
