During her tenure, she built the company's marketing department from the ground up, helped lead go-to-market and cross-sell communication strategies, and played a key role in strengthening integrated communication efforts across more than 80 global locations.

Earlier in her career, she held leadership roles with MOJ Consulting, supporting communications and operational initiatives for executive and C-level leadership organizations including the National Association of Corporate Directors, the World Presidents' Organization, and the International Women's Forum.

In addition to her professional work, Burroughs remains active in business and community leadership initiatives through organizations including Forbes Councils, the Dallas Regional Chamber, the Business Council for the Arts, Carson's Village, Trinity Restoration Ministries, Girl Scouts of Northeast Texas, and Nomi Network.
