GILBERT, AZ, May 26, 2026 /24-7PressRelease/ -- Dennis F. Glaser is a distinguished biographee of Marquis Who's Who. He was recently spotlighted in New York City's Times Square on a 22-story screen that is passed by an estimated 1.5 million people daily. As in all Marquis Who's Who biographical volumes, individuals profiled are chosen from among a pool of the most prominent professionals and are selected on the basis of current reference value. Factors such as position, noteworthy accomplishments, visibility, and prominence in a field are all taken into account during the selection process.

Mr. Glaser has established a career marked by innovation and leadership in the plastics and biomedical industries. Since 2017, he has served as the chair and chief executive officer of Silentium in Simi Valley, California, leveraging decades of expertise to guide the company's growth and technological advancements in sleep quality and respiratory function. Under Mr. Glaser's direction, Silentium has become known for its product, Silentium+, an ingestible capsule for addressing sleep apnea and snoring.

After experiencing his own sleep issues, Mr. Glaser drew on his expertise in polymer chemistry and biomedical science to develop and patent the Silentium+ formula. This all-natural, mineral-based product helps promote sleep and reduce snoring. Manufactured in the U.S., Silentium+ reduces reliance on external devices.

Before launching Silentium+, Mr. Glaser spent 30 years at Mesa Industries. During this period, he was instrumental in expanding the company from three employees to a workforce of 150 across three plants. His tenure saw the development of a plant in Phoenix and culminated with the sale of the business in 2017. At Mesa Industries, Mr. Glaser focused on colorants and additives for plastics as well as stabilizers designed to protect plastics from sun damage and fading. His most notable achievement during this period was developing a product that protects plastic from ultraviolet light, preventing fading and degradation. Building on this success, Mr. Glaser applied his expertise to cement, pioneering methods to color cement while also providing sun protection, an innovation that resulted in colored cement capable of withstanding prolonged sun exposure.

From 1987 to 1992, Mr. Glaser also contributed his sales expertise at Carolina Color Corporation, where he gained valuable experience working directly with clients and manufacturing teams. He frequently visited major plants such as Coleman, General Motors and Ford, not only delivering samples but also instructing teams on optimal machine operation by adjusting pressures, temperatures and clamping forces to ensure product quality.

Earlier in his career, Mr. Glaser worked in the petroleum industry, which broadened his technical background before transitioning into plastics. His professional journey began with service in the U.S. Air Force from 1978 to 1982. During his military service, Mr. Glaser served as a U.S. Air Force police officer for one year, then as a firefighter for three more years.

Mr. Glaser diversified his skills by purchasing a vineyard in the Finger Lakes region after selling his company in 2017. His success earned him both Gold and Silver Medals for his first batch of wine produced. He soon sold the vineyard in 2019.

Mr. Glaser's educational background culminated in an Executive Master of Business Administration in polymer chemistry from Harvard Business School, completed in 2002. This advanced degree equipped him with the scientific acumen and strategic business insight essential to leading complex organizations and driving product development.

Mr. Glaser's inventive spirit is evidenced by his patent for a snoring solution that addresses sleep apnea and related conditions. He continues to pursue additional patents to improve health outcomes, reflecting his ongoing dedication to biomedical innovation.

Family support has played a pivotal role in Mr. Glaser's achievements. He credits much of his success to his parents' encouragement and to his collaboration with his daughter, Marja, whose research into nutrition-related causes of snoring led to their breakthrough solution for sleep apnea. Their work underscored the importance of nutritional balance for respiratory health and prompted further exploration of medical applications.

Looking ahead, Mr. Glaser remains committed to developing new patents and continuing his work as an inventor, particularly within the medical field, where he seeks to make meaningful contributions that improve lives. He encourages those entering similar industries to pursue their passions wholeheartedly, emphasizing that genuine enjoyment is key to sustained success.
