Recognized for driving measurable operational performance, Mr. Davis has advanced key metrics in productivity, throughput, lead time reduction, and on-time delivery. He leads with a servant-leadership philosophy, investing deliberately in the development of Milacron's management pipeline and cultivating an organizational culture defined by accountability, continuous improvement, and shared success.
Prior to assuming his current role, Mr. Davis served as Plant Manager of Milacron's Atlanta, Georgia, facility from 2022 to 2024, where he led a complex, multi-phase site relocation, negotiating the acquisition of a new facility, overseeing the decommissioning and commissioning of operations, and collaborating with municipal stakeholders on a community-centered grand opening. The initiative substantially improved employee amenities, operational infrastructure, and workforce morale. During this period, he also supported an $11 million capital expenditure project for the Ohio facility, enabling the procurement of advanced manufacturing equipment that reduced lead times, a result that reflects both long-range strategic planning and operational discipline.
Mr. Davis brings a breadth of cross-sector leadership experience to his executive role. From 2021 to 2022, he served as Operations Manager at Southern Aluminum Finishing Co., Inc. in Atlanta, directing manufacturing workflows and quality systems. He previously held the position of Plant Manager at Atkore International (2019–2021), where his leadership of cable manufacturing operations earned the facility a Great Place to Work recognition, a distinction underscoring his commitment to inclusive, high-performance culture. Earlier, as Distribution Manager for Panera Bread in Norcross, Georgia (2018–2019), he managed regional logistics and supply chain operations. From 2015 to 2018, he served as Manufacturing Manager at Jeremias Inc., where process improvements he implemented yielded meaningful gains in output and waste reduction.
Mr. Davis began his management career at Valassis in Mableton, Georgia, where he joined in 2008 through a temporary placement during an economically challenging period and advanced steadily over six years into supervisory and production management. His trajectory from entry-level contributor to executive leader is a defining element of his professional narrative, one shaped by resilience, self-awareness, and an unwavering commitment to personal and organizational growth.
Mr. Davis holds a Master of Business Administration from University of Phoenix, with certifications in innovation leadership, organizational culture, performance management, human resource management, and organizational structure. He earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Management from Troy University in 2006, where he also competed on the football team and engaged in the debate team and business club. His commitment to continuing professional development is reflected in executive-focused coursework and a 2019 certification from Smith System Driver Risk Management.
Beyond the enterprise, Mr. Davis is an active civic contributor. He has served on advisory boards for both Gwinnett County and Brown County since 2022, and serves as a youth mentor through his local church, speaking several times annually on personal responsibility, goal-setting, and life planning. He maintains a long-standing engagement with Troy University as a college mentor, working particularly with incoming student-athletes to build realistic career frameworks beyond athletics. He also supports football development camps featuring former NFL athletes, further extending his reach in youth leadership.
Mr. Davis has been recognized for his organizational influence through selection to both Milacron's Leadership Talent and Development Program and Valassis' Future Bright Learners Program. Looking ahead, he is focused on identifying and developing the next generation of leaders across Milacron's Atlanta and Ohio operations, while working toward doubling company revenue and restoring Milacron's flagship position in Cincinnati. His longer-term ambition is a transition into executive leadership, guided by the same servant-leadership principles that have defined his career to date.
