PAWLING, NY, May 28, 2026 /24-7PressRelease/ -- Shannon L. Jackson has been selected for inclusion in Marquis Who's Who. As in all Marquis Who's Who biographical volumes, individuals profiled are selected on the basis of current reference value. Factors such as position, noteworthy accomplishments, visibility, and prominence in a field are all taken into account during the selection process.

Mr. Jackson has distinguished himself as the co-founder and executive director of Camino Al Exito Project For All, a nonprofit organization based in Pawling, New York, dedicated to empowering underrepresented youth and their families. Since its inception in 2021, Mr. Jackson has been instrumental in designing and implementing culturally responsive after-school programs that address the unique needs of underserved communities.

Under Mr. Jackson's leadership, Camino Al Exito has grown from serving six participants to more than 45, with outreach extending into Dover and Wingdale. The organization's core programming integrates relational leadership with structured approaches, offering mentorship, social-emotional learning, financial literacy education and college and career readiness initiatives. Recognizing that not all youth are suited for traditional college pathways, he has developed alternative opportunities, such as trade school partnerships, enabling participants to earn while they learn.

A hallmark of Mr. Jackson's approach is the use of SMART goals to guide youth through 90-day, six-month and long-term objectives. He has also established leadership enrichment roles within the organization, allowing program graduates to return as ambassadors and mentor new cohorts.

Beyond educational support, Camino Al Exito addresses food insecurity by hosting distribution events that serve over 100 individuals per session—often supporting entire households—and provides wellness circles for parents to foster family involvement. Mr. Jackson's commitment to collaboration is evident in his partnerships with local health care providers and community organizations and Foundations, ensuring families have access to essential resources.

Mr. Jackson's expertise in executive leadership, nonprofit management, grant writing, fundraising strategy and cross-sector collaboration has enabled Camino Al Exito to secure significant sponsorships from organizations like Coca-Cola and Chevrolet. Mr. Jackson have also had the privilege of working with foundations that truly see the impact of this work, such as the Pawling Community Foundation, the Dyson Foundation, and Berkshire Taconic Community Foundation, and states that he feel honored to be noticed by such prestigious foundations. These partnerships have facilitated the expansion of programming and community events, including the Hispanic Heritage Month Festival celebrating cultural diversity through music, dance and interactive activities.

Prior to founding Camino Al Exito Project For All, Mr. Jackson served as the director of a substance abuse and mental health institution in Carmel, New York, from 2018 to 2020. In this capacity, he led a multidisciplinary team providing critical support services to individuals struggling with addiction and mental health challenges. His tenure was marked by a commitment to client-centered care and strategic planning until an injury sustained during an intervention led to his departure from the role.

In addition to his nonprofit work, Mr. Jackson established RNS Multi Service in 2023, a commercial cleaning company that he operates alongside his wife. Earlier in his career, he was the head recreation coordinator at Children's Village in Dobbs Ferry, Westchester County, from 2015 to 2018, where he mentored troubled youth through recreational programs designed to foster personal growth and resilience. His professional journey began as a school teacher from 2010 to 2015, where he developed a passion for education and youth development that continues to inform his work today.

Mr. Jackson's academic background includes a master's degree in childhood education from Mercy University and a Bachelor of Science in criminal justice from Monroe University, earned in 2009. He further enhanced his professional qualifications by completing certifications in program planning and strategic fund development at Adelphi University in 2026.

Beyond his education, Mr. Jackson attributes his success to a profound healing journey shared with his wife, Inginia Roselis Jackson, a process that began with their participation in the Forgive to Live program (now Project Light). This experience deepened their understanding of generational trauma and the importance of emotional connection over material pursuits. He credits this transformation as the cornerstone of his achievements, emphasizing forgiveness and honorable living as guiding principles.

Growing up in Beaufort, South Carolina, before moving to Mount Vernon, New York, Mr. Jackson overcame significant challenges, including juvenile delinquency and legal issues during his adolescence. Raised by a single mother without a father figure present, he found purpose through education and faith, ultimately channeling these experiences into service for others.

Throughout his career, Mr. Jackson has demonstrated exceptional skill in stakeholder engagement, partnership building and strategic planning. On a personal level, he is devoted to his family life with his wife and their three children: Sha'mari, Bryson and BriaLuz. He takes pride in nurturing strong relationships with each child, supporting Sha'mari's academic pursuits at Westchester after attending Western Connecticut State University, while embracing fatherhood anew with Bryson and Bria Luce.

In his personal life, Mr. Jackson enjoys learning about personal healing practices, exploring ways to positively impact others and engaging with influential leaders for self-improvement. He is also passionate about playing sports and watching football, stating that Seattle Seahawks is his favorite team.

Looking ahead, Mr. Jackson envisions establishing a comprehensive community center (Camino's Health and Community Center) in Pawling designed to foster personal growth for local youth and families by providing essential services, such as food distribution and free after-school programming under the Elevation of U youth initiative for low-income families. He also plans to expand internationally by launching an Elevation of Youth school through Camino Al Exito in Las Terrenas, Dominican Republic, offering modern educational approaches focused on social-emotional learning, financial literacy and artificial intelligence skills development.
