Ms. Biggio has established herself as a distinguished leader in cybersecurity and artificial intelligence, currently serving as the senior director of U.S. public partnerships and large programs at Menlo Security since 2024. In this capacity, she manages partnerships with major systems integrators, expands relationships with reseller partners and develops complex partnership proposals. Her responsibilities also include facilitating communication between technical teams and clients, coordinating large-scale government programs, implementing internet isolation solutions and collaborating on strategic initiatives across diverse market segments. Her expertise in cybersecurity and artificial intelligence has also positioned her as a sought-after speaker, notably addressing the topic of humans versus agentic artificial intelligence.
Prior to joining Menlo Security, Ms. Biggio held the role of manager of U.S. public sector channels at Varonis from 2017 to 2024, where she was instrumental in expanding the company's presence within the public sector market. She previously served as a federal channel manager at Varonis for two years, after that for five additional years her role expanded, and she was Manager of U.S. Public Sector Channels. Ms. Biggio received many accolades while at Varonis to include MVP in 2020 for her contribution to the success of the overall team through key partnerships, assisting with operations, and building strategic business plans. She was an overachiever in sales in 2017, 2018, 2019 and 2023. Ms. Biggio was co-chair at Varonis in developing their Women in Tech organization to assist women in career growth.
Prior to Varonis she was at Commvault Systems and focused on the Department of War and Intelligence agencies through her partnerships. She built extensive relationships with the key partners to contribute in growing Commvault's market share in these agencies. While at Commvault, Ms. Biggio was vital in starting up Commvault's Women in Technology organization for the company. She was a pioneer and co-chairmen for this organization that was responsible for helping women build mentor-protege relationships, grow their professional skills and assist in helping their communities through charity activities.
Ms. Biggio served as a channel account manager for large account resellers at Symantec, now Broadcom. During this period, she earned several accolades, including the Friend of Marketing Award and Channel Team of the Quarter in 2012, as well as Symantec Channel Account Manager of the Quarter in 2011.
Prior to this, she led technology teams at GTSI, now Unicom. She led the HP, NetApp and Microsoft tech teams, built them from infancy and grew them to achieve over 100 million dollars in revenue. She assisted with collaborative projects that advanced organizational objectives through these key partnerships.
Ms. Biggio's career began with roles that laid the foundation for her expertise in cybersecurity and business development. As a field sales representative at Isilon Systems, now Dell Inc., from 2005 to 2007, she cultivated client relationships and drove sales initiatives. Isilon was a start up company at this time and she enjoyed the experience of working in this type of environment. She was able to help the company acquire net new federal customers in under 10 months and expand their market presence.
Ms. Biggio first entered the industry through DLT Solutions and she has gratitude to the founders of this organization for investing in her. She had no prior computer experience, but she did have tenacity, competitiveness, a willingness to try something new attitude and confidence; she would figure it out. Within two years of being here, she wanted them to give her a new challenge. She grew to run start-up incubator partnerships, and her role was to grow them into new sales teams. She originated from the Oracle team and went on to build the Quest team from scratch. On to the next challenge, Ms. Biggio grew into the director of the cyber security solutions division. She was tasked with building the company's cybersecurity practice from the ground up alongside a prominent industry leader, a formative experience that ignited her passion for the field.
Throughout her three-decade career, Ms. Biggio has been recognized for her impact on both the teams and individuals she mentors. She is especially proud of being a go-to resource for solutions within her organization and has received multiple most valuable player awards in the public sector, an uncommon achievement for professionals on the partnership side. Her commitment to mentoring young women pursuing careers in STEM is evident through her support of students overcoming personal and professional challenges, such as facilitating internships that transformed family perspectives and inspired new career paths.
Furthering his professional standing, Ms. Biggio is an active member of several industry organizations, including the Advanced Technology Academic Research Center. She also served as a mentor for Symantec's Women Action Network and was the co-founder of Commvault's Women in Tech initiative and Varonis's Women in Tech.
Academically, Ms. Biggio earned a Bachelor of Science in food and nutrition from Radford University in 1996. In addition to her education, she credits much of her success to influential mentors such as Mark Weber, Ned Miller, Rob Stein and Gigi Schumm, who guided her along her 30-year journey. The support she received from these figures reinforced her belief in the importance of mentorship for personal and professional growth. Ms. Biggio also gives credit to her faith, resilience and determination—qualities that have enabled her to thrive in a male-dominated industry despite early opposition from her protective Italian family regarding higher education dreams.
Beyond her professional accomplishments, Ms. Biggio is deeply involved in civic life and community service. Since 2020, she has served as an animal foster parent with Forever Homes. She currently holds the position of president of the Legion of Mary in Ashburn, Virginia, where she oversees more than one hundred members. This organization does many charitable works such as visiting the elderly and providing home sacraments. Additionally, she has volunteered as a coach for 10th-grade boys basketball at Farmwell Station Basketball League. Ms. Biggio teaches second-grade religious education at Saint Theresa Catholic Church. She also enjoys playing pickleball in her spare time and has played tennis for United States Tennis Association (USTA). She lived on a ranch in Purcellville VA for several years and enjoys sitting around the campfire talking with friends or hosting a business casual environment to relax and be creative on new ideas.
In recognition of her professional and community contributions, Ms. Biggio has received numerous honors throughout her career, including awards like Quota Overachiever and Most Impactful Contributor at Varonis and multiple recognitions at Symantec, such as Channel Account Manager of the Quarter. She was also selected as a motivational guest speaker for the National Society of Hispanic MBA Summer Enrichment Program and received a Board of Directors Community Award.
Born on Long Island into a first-generation college-bound family with Italian heritage from New York, Ms. Biggio overcame cultural expectations to become a trailblazer for higher education within her family. As a single mother of two sons, she has prioritized being present throughout their upbringing—attending games and coaching basketball—while balancing a demanding career. In her personal life, she enjoys biohacking, participating in cryotherapy sessions, visiting the elderly, listening to podcasts, watching good movies, and playing sports. She is a lifelong learner and always challenges herself to take a new class yearly, read new books, or achieve a new certification. She believes every year you need to upscale your skills and have a positive mindset. Lean into challenges that come and ask yourself. What can I learn from this? What can I do differently? When you have challenges, that is a blessing because you are growing and changing.
Looking ahead, Ms. Biggio intends to write a faith-based book about overcoming life's challenges through faith, with plans to produce a movie based on this work. She continues to support her sons' journeys into adulthood and looks forward to traveling more extensively around the world, particularly returning to Italy.
