Born in Cambridge, Massachusetts, Mr. Haines was introduced to the trade through his father, Leon Labrie, and family friend Scott Dorval, both of whom worked in the auto glass industry prior to 2000. Working alongside his father and his colleagues provided him with early hands-on experience and foundational skills. His decision to pursue the profession full time was solidified when he learned he would become a father, motivating him to build a stable and rewarding career.
