She tried 30+ jury trials and hundreds of bench trials transforming her into a highly skilled trial attorney. In preparation for her career, Ms. Drayton attended Cornell University. She later earned a Doctor of Jurisprudence at Suffolk University in Boston. Ms. Drayton has been admitted to practice by the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, Rhode Island and New Hampshire and the U.S. District Court for the District of Massachusetts.

Ms. Drayton is a respected member of several industry-related organizations, including the Massachusetts Bar Association, the New Hampshire Bar Association, the Rhode Island Bar Association, Provisors and USA 500. Beyond her professional pursuits, she is deeply engaged in civic life. She is an active sponsor of the YWCA, supporting its mission to empower women and reduce racism.
