In this capacity, she manages a substantial caseload from inception to resolution; oversees pre-litigation and handles all aspects of litigation – including trials.
In addition to these responsibilities, Ms. Kashkooly leads a large team and maintains her own docket as lead counsel. Prior to her current role, Ms. Kashkooly worked as a Data Privacy Attorney. In that position, she provided guidance on privacy compliance and data protection strategies for a diverse client base – most of whom were amongst Fortune 500 companies.
Ms. Kashkooly's robust career spans from earlier experience in legal research consulting, managing a multi-million dollar space as well as experience in areas of civil litigation ranging from Corporate Matters including Mergers and Acquisitions to Family Law.
Throughout her career, Ms. Kashkooly has demonstrated leadership through active involvement in professional organizations. At present, she is a member of the National Trial Lawyers, Texas Trial Lawyers Association, Dallas Trial Lawyers Association, and the Dallas Association of Young Lawyers. Previously, Ms. Kashkooly served as Co-Chair of the Dallas Association of Young Lawyer's Art, Design, and Fashion Special Interest Group.
During her academic tenure at The University of Texas at Arlington, she held several leadership positions, including serving as president of Pi Sigma Alpha and the National Political Science Honor Society, as well as leading the Society of Political Affairs and University Democrats. Ms. Kashkooly even interned for State Representative Carol Kent in District 102 of the Texas House of Representatives.
Ms. Kashkooly's academic background has been instrumental in shaping her legal career. She earned a Juris Doctor in intellectual property law from Thomas Jefferson School of Law in San Diego in 2016. While there, she competed in the National Entertainment Law Moot Court Competition at Pepperdine University and broadened her perspective by studying abroad in Hangzhou, China and Nice, France.
In France, Ms. Kashkooly studied international law under the mentorship of a United States Supreme Court Justice, a unique opportunity that enriched her understanding of global legal systems. She also served as an intellectual property research assistant and student coordinator for the employee rights clinic at Thomas Jefferson School of Law.
Ms. Kashkooly's undergraduate studies culminated in a Bachelor of Arts in political science and philosophy with a minor in English from The University of Texas at Arlington in 2012. Her academic excellence was recognized through awards such as the Maverick's All Texas Academic Scholarship and inclusion in Who's Who Among Students for two consecutive years.
Licensed in both New York and Texas, Ms. Kashkooly is affiliated with the State Bar of Texas and the New York State Bar Association. Ms. Kashkooly has been a licensed attorney in Texas through the State Bar of Texas since 2022 and in New York through the New York State Unified Court System since 2020. She is also licensed to practice before all four districts of the Texas Federal Courts.
Ms. Kashkooly has been recognized by The National Trial Lawyers with distinctions including Top 10 Trucking Trial Lawyers and Top 40 Under 40 Trial Lawyer in 2025. In addition to her professional achievements, she has contributed to legal scholarship as a staff writer and guest columnist for The Jeffersonian at Thomas Jefferson School of Law and as a guest columnist for The Shorthorn at The University of Texas at Arlington.
