That loss became the defining force behind everything Mr. Rodriguez has built since: a relentless commitment to clinical excellence, to the people who deliver care, and to ensuring that no family has to experience what his did.

Today, Mr. Rodriguez serves as Chief Executive Officer of Woundtech, a position he has held since 2023. He leads a workforce of more than 400 employees across the globe, including 12 direct reports, and oversees all aspects of the organization. Woundtech's mission is to save lives by enabling healthcare organizations nationwide to deliver sustainable, specialized, and personalized experiences using innovative technology and wound care protocols. His expertise in value-based care has been the foundation for building a company that reaches the patients most often left behind by a fragmented system.

Prior to Woundtech, Mr. Rodriguez served as President of CenterWell Primary Care's Florida market, a division of Humana, from 2021 to 2023. He led multi-site operations statewide and contributed to the national expansion of CenterWell's senior primary care model, extending access to quality care for aging populations that needed it most.

From 2019 to 2021, he served as Market Vice President and Chief Operating Officer at FPG-Humana Florida within CenterWell Senior Primary Care, managing operational strategy and execution across the state. Between 2005 and 2019, he served as Vice President of Operations and Market Development at AXM Medical in Puerto Rico (acquired ServiceCorp in 2013), growing the company's reach and refining its care delivery model.

Across each role, a pattern is clear: Mr. Rodriguez has consistently entered complex organizations at inflection points and helped them emerge stronger. That track record has earned him recognition as a healthcare turnaround specialist.

Mr. Rodriguez holds a Master of Business Administration from the Universidad de Puerto Rico and a Master of Healthcare Administration.

He is a member of the YPO Florida Chapter, the American College of Healthcare Executives, the American Heart Association, and the National Society of Leadership and Success at the Universidad de Puerto Rico. He is also a longtime member of Fraternidad Phi Eta Mu.
