Earlier in her real estate career, she worked as a realtor with Empire Realty from 2017 to 2018, Somers & Associates Realtors, affiliated with Sotheby's International Realty Affiliates LLC, from 2016 to 2017, and Madden Real Estate from 2015 to 2016.

Before entering the real estate industry, Mrs. Majors developed a strong foundation in administration, finance, leadership and organizational management. From 2007 to 2014, she served as the lead fiscal coordinator at the University of Alaska Fairbanks, where she managed finance and accounting operations. Prior to that, she worked as an office manager for the American Red Cross in Yuma, Arizona, a role that strengthened her organizational and operational skills. Her professional journey began in 2000 as an executive assistant at Lighthouse Church International Tucson, where she assisted with accounting and management functions.

Mrs. Majors pursued coursework in business administration and management at the University of Alaska Fairbanks, completing her studies in 2013. She also graduated from Inspire Leadership Academy and later spent 10 years helping facilitate Inspire Leadership Academy alongside Academy founder and lead facilitator and coach, Tracy Snow.

Her commitment to lifelong learning is reflected in her professional credentials. Mrs. Majors is a certified life coach through Coach Training Alliance, a realtor through the National Association of Realtors and a certified military relocation professional, and a coaching client of Tom Ferry Coaching. She also holds recognition as a member of the International Coaching Federation.

Throughout her career, Mrs. Majors has remained active in professional and community organizations. She has served with the Greater Fairbanks Board of REALTORS(r), including in the role of treasurer, and maintains membership with the National Association of REALTORS(r). Her civic involvement has included serving as a team leader for the American Heart Association, volunteering with local food banks and participating in annual community clean-up efforts.
