His responsibilities further include translating Salesforce's AI roadmap into sector-specific deployment strategies for enterprise financial services clients, designing proof-of-concept-to-production pathways for agentic workflows and positioning Persistent's delivery scale in a competitive landscape. Additionally, Mr. Larson leads the Salesforce practice go-to-market strategy for banks, financial services and insurance in North America, with key performance indicators centered on revenue generation and project margin.
Before joining Persistent Systems, Mr. Larson was a senior account partner for professional services at Salesforce from 2022 to 2026. During his tenure, he played a pivotal role in the Brussels chapter, where he successfully bridged cultural and language barriers to deliver results in an international market. Through this experience, Mr. Larson demonstrated that rigorous relationship-building and deep technical fluency could transcend geographic and cultural barriers. Relocating his family to Belgium for this opportunity was also a significant personal milestone, reflecting his dedication to both professional growth and family commitment.
Between 2019 and 2022, Mr. Larson held the position of senior engagement manager at Infosys Limited, also based in India, following his initial role as a business development professional from 2019 to 2020. Working from New York, he managed a wealth management account, ensuring successful delivery and revenue expansion while navigating the complexities of deploying technology at scale within large financial services organizations.
In 2018, Mr. Larson contributed as a client solutions associate at Lynk Global Inc. in the New York Metropolitan area, where he most notably launched the technology company's North American commercial unit from the ground up. Between 2015 and 2017, Mr. Larson managed Boone Group LLC in Washington, D.C., as the company's co-founder and director of operations. In this role, he facilitated partnerships between small technology firms and larger government entities through strategic consulting services. Earlier in his career, Mr. Larson was the administrative director of executive education at George Washington University from 2014 to 2016. He advanced within the school of business after initially serving as a research and teaching assistant in the department of international business on campus from 2011 to 2014.
