WOOD RIVER, IL, June 02, 2026 /24-7PressRelease/ -- Bryan M. Shelby has been selected for inclusion in Marquis Who's Who. As in all Marquis Who's Who biographical volumes, individuals profiled are selected on the basis of current reference value. Factors such as position, noteworthy accomplishments, visibility, and prominence in a field are all taken into account during the selection process.

Mr. Shelby has established a distinguished career in facilities management, currently serving as a multi-site manager at EMCOR Facilities Services since 2017. In this capacity, he manages work order administration and workflow coordination, oversees project management and facility-related issues, handles nationwide payroll processing for employees and provides remote human resources support for personnel matters. His responsibilities include managing 15 sites across the United States under contract with Siemens, where he works with the Siemens Global Energy account. Invited to join this team nearly three years ago, Mr. Shelby has played an essential role in enhancing operations within the energy sector.

Among his most notable achievements is his appointment as operations maintenance manager at Molson Coors Brewing in Milwaukee while working with EMCOR. Over five years, he managed several accounts and oversaw key areas at the corporate headquarters, including Pilot Brewing, security and administration. He was also responsible for the maintenance and operations of the twin towers on Highland Boulevard. These accomplishments underscore his expertise in capital expenditure planning, budgeting, five-year planning and comprehensive project management.

Before joining EMCOR Facilities Services, Mr. Shelby had extensive tenure at Nemak, an automotive die-casting firm. From 2012 to 2017, he served as the secondary operations maintenance department supervisor, leading teams that maintained critical production equipment and ensured operational efficiency. From 2011 to 2012, he served as process department supervisor, overseeing process improvements and quality control initiatives. As a process engineer from 2010 to 2011, Mr. Shelby contributed technical expertise in optimizing manufacturing processes and troubleshooting complex systems.

His earlier roles at Nemak include serving as a maintenance department shift supervisor from 2001 to 2010 and as a maintenance technician from 1999 to 2001. During these formative years, Mr. Shelby developed a robust foundation in hydraulics, pneumatics, equipment maintenance, electro-mechanical troubleshooting and repair as well as CNC troubleshooting and repair—areas in which he is now recognized as an expert. His technical acumen was further honed through ongoing professional development and specialized training programs supported by his superiors.

Before his tenure at Nemak, Mr. Shelby worked as a technician at an automobile dealership in Wisconsin, gaining valuable hands-on experience that would later inform his approach to facilities management.

Throughout his career progression—from general maintenance technician to multi-site manager—Mr. Shelby has demonstrated unwavering determination and a commitment to excellence. He is a member of the International Facility Management Association (IFMA), reflecting his dedication to staying abreast of industry best practices and contributing to the broader professional community.

Mr. Shelby's educational background includes coursework in general studies at Southern Illinois University Edwardsville and a high school diploma from Roxana Community High School in 1983. He has earned a certificate in maintenance planning and scheduling from the Marshall Institute and holds a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt awarded in 2011. These academic achievements have provided him with a strong theoretical foundation that complements his practical experience.

He attributes much of his success to the guidance of mentors throughout his career, particularly Mr. Ron Webb, his current account director at EMCOR Facilities Services. Under Mr. Webb's mentorship, Mr. Shelby participated in the Servant Leadership program developed by Dr. Michael Stabile. This transformative experience emphasized leadership through service and equipped him with essential skills for managing people effectively. The program's focus on interpersonal communication and relationship building has been instrumental in shaping Mr. Shelby's leadership style.

Beyond his professional pursuits, Mr. Shelby is deeply committed to civic engagement and advocacy work related to Tourette syndrome—a cause close to his heart since his oldest daughter was diagnosed with the disorder at age thirteen. Since 2011, he has been actively involved with the Tourette Association of America, serving on the board of directors for the Wisconsin chapter and chairing its public policy committee. Each year, he participates in the National Day of Advocacy on Capitol Hill, lobbying for increased funding for the National Institutes of Health and the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention to support research on Tourette syndrome.

Mr. Shelby's advocacy extends to fundraising and educational outreach; when his daughters were younger, they served as youth ambassadors, while he served as their adult counterpart during school visits aimed at raising awareness of Tourette syndrome among students and educators alike. Although he has stepped back from active educator duties, he continues to champion research funding—recognizing that current treatment options are limited and advocating for targeted medications specific to Tourette syndrome.

Born in St. Louis, Mr. Shelby is a proud father of two daughters, ages 26 and 24. He also serves as a live-in caretaker for his ninety-year-old father—a testament to his sense of responsibility and family commitment.

Outside of work and advocacy efforts, Mr. Shelby enjoys riding motorcycles, serving as crew chief on a historic Corvette racing team that competes across the United States in road races featuring a 1969 Corvette. He is passionate about live music, outdoor activities and traveling.

Looking ahead, Mr. Shelby is focused on advancing to the next phase of his career as an account director within EMCOR Facilities Services. Having progressed from single-site to multi-site manager—and now operating at the regional and national levels—he is strategically positioning himself for this leadership role as new opportunities arise within the expanding organization.

Mr. Shelby's journey reflects resilience, technical mastery and an unwavering commitment to both professional excellence and community service, qualities that have earned him recognition among leaders in his field.
