Between 2002 and 2014, Ms. Martin worked as a customer service representative at Bank of America Corporation. During this period, she developed strong client relations skills and became adept at resolving complex customer inquiries while ensuring compliance with banking policies. Ms. Martin then spent another 10 years as a risk analyst and banking officer, beginning in 2014.
