Between 2002 and 2014, Ms. Martin worked as a customer service representative at Bank of America Corporation. During this period, she developed strong client relations skills and became adept at resolving complex customer inquiries while ensuring compliance with banking policies. Ms. Martin then spent another 10 years as a risk analyst and banking officer, beginning in 2014. Ms. Martin began her career with Michigan National Bank (now Bank of America Corporation) as a bank teller in 1995. She then briefly worked in the same role at National Australia Bank from 1996 to 1997 before being hired by Bank of America Corporation. Ms. Martin graduated from a local high school in California in 1982. Among her notable achievements, Ms. Martin was named second runner-up for Teller of the Year in Jacksonville at Bank of America Corporation.
