The firm's systems were designed to operate continuously without any human intervention, analyzing real-time market data and executing trades in currency pairs such as EUR/USD based on programmed models.

In 2016, Mr. Choudri transitioned to Chief Executive Officer, acquiring his co-founder's ownership stake and becoming the sole managing partner. Under his leadership, the company expanded its focus beyond foreign exchange to include a broader range of investment strategies, including startup investments in biotechnology and active trading in equities and derivatives. His expertise in foreign exchange, investment management and quantitative investing has been instrumental in shaping the firm's evolution from a specialized trading operation to a diversified investment platform.

In addition to his work at INC Capital Advisory, Mr. Choudri was also Co-Founder, Portfolio Manager and Chief Technology Officer of Indexed Capital from 2021 to 2024. Based in Sacramento, Indexed Capital was a cryptocurrency-focused investment fund where he oversaw a portfolio of major digital assets as Chief Investment Officer. His responsibilities included developing quantitative models for digital asset allocation and risk management during a period of significant growth and volatility in the cryptocurrency sector.

Notably, Mr. Choudri played a pivotal role in Visa Inc.'s initial public offering—the largest globally at the time—where he worked directly with Visa's senior leadership team to develop the financial model that determined company valuation and informed pricing for the $19 billion offering. This accomplishment stands as his most high-profile professional achievement due to its scale and impact on global capital markets.

Prior to his entrepreneurial ventures, Mr. Choudri built a distinguished career at OC&C Strategy Consultants from 2005 to 2012. He began as an Associate Consultant in Los Angeles before advancing through roles as Consultant and Senior Consultant in San Francisco and New York. By 2011, he had become an Engagement Manager in New York, leading C-suite-level projects for Fortune 500 companies across diverse industries. His work included evaluating new markets, developing product launch strategies for new geographies and assessing mergers and acquisitions opportunities as part of commercial due diligence for both corporates as well as the largest, global private equity firms on over 25 transactions that totaled in excess of $30 billion in deal value.

During his tenure at OC&C Strategy Consultants, Mr. Choudri was based in several major cities, including Los Angeles, San Francisco, New York, London and Amsterdam. He served as United States Ambassador for the firm's Dutch office from 2006 to 2007, facilitating cross-regional collaboration between United States and European teams by exchanging best practices and supporting international projects. In recognition of his contributions to cross-office initiatives involving multiple international teams, he received the OC&C Close Collaboration Award in 2008. In 2007, he was selected as an OC&C Ambassador—a distinction awarded to fewer than ten employees out of approximately five hundred—authorizing him to represent the firm across offices.

Earlier in his career, Mr. Choudri served as the Chairman of the Caltech Student Investment Fund from 2003 to 2005 while attending the California Institute of Technology in Pasadena. In this capacity, he managed a student-run portfolio valued at approximately $500,000, presiding over weekly board meetings to evaluate performance and make strategic decisions regarding stock purchases and sales. His leadership reinforced a data-driven approach to investing that would later define his professional philosophy.

Academically, Mr. Choudri's background includes a Bachelor of Science in biology and a Bachelor of Science in business economics and management from Caltech, completed in 2005. As a Richter Scholar in neuroeconomics at the same institution in 2004, he further developed expertise at the intersection of neuroscience and economic decision-making.

Civically engaged, Mr. Choudri has contributed as a volunteer with Utsav Sacramento for more than 10 years, following his return to the region after living elsewhere. The organization now serves an estimated 400 members through community programming such as annual cultural festivals, community services and summer picnics.

Outside of his professional pursuits, Mr. Choudri enjoys cooking, watching movies, listening to music and playing musical instruments, including piano, violin and guitar. He also values spending time with family—often traveling together—and maintains an athletic lifestyle rooted in competitive soccer. He became a California State Champion while in high school before continuing at the collegiate level with Caltech's NCAA Division III soccer team. Additionally, he reads extensively—favoring biographies and nonfiction—and enjoys playing video games.
