Before joining Eaton, Mr. Rose gained valuable experience as a computer numerical control machinist and manual machinist with Honeywell International Inc. and Advanced Manufacturing Components in Greenwood from 2001 to 2003. Mr. Rose's academic background includes earning a Bachelor of Arts in business administration from The University of Arizona Global Campus in 2025, graduating summa cum laude while working full-time.
