Prior to establishing Talent Acquisition Source, Mr. Gonzalez served as general manager for Construction Contractor Services from 2020 to 2023. In this capacity, he oversaw operations across Central and North Florida and was instrumental in building the Central Florida office from inception. His responsibilities included managing teams, driving business development initiatives and ensuring operational excellence throughout the region.

From 2015 to 2020, Mr. Gonzalez was affiliated with Tradesmen International LLC, where he advanced through several roles, including account manager, senior account manager and client consultant. During his tenure, he developed expertise in marketing, sales, recruiting and talent acquisition—skills that have defined his professional reputation. His performance earned him recognition on the Top 100 Salesperson List at Tradesmen International for two consecutive years.

Earlier in his career, Mr. Gonzalez worked in the hospitality industry, where he began as a food server and corporate trainer at Texas de Brazil from 2011 to 2013 before serving as a bartender at Lake Nona Golf & Country Club for the following two years.

Mr. Gonzalez's entrepreneurial spirit emerged early; at age 19, he began forming limited liability companies and exploring various ventures despite facing setbacks with many early efforts proving unsuccessful. Academically, Mr. Gonzalez's background includes earning a high school diploma before entering the workforce full-time. Reflecting on his career, Mr. Gonzalez credits much of his success to the unwavering support of his wife, whom he has known since middle school and who worked alongside him at Construction Contractor Services. Born in Caracas, Venezuela, and immigrating to the United States in 2002, Mr. Gonzalez values family life and his roots deeply. He enjoys spending time with loved ones—including his three children—practicing various sports activities and operating businesses alongside his wife. He has also achieved a purple belt in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu.
