Mrs. Baird's earlier experience included serving as an Administrative Assistant at Crane Nuclear, based in Kennesaw, Georgia, between 2017 and 2022, where she synthesized skills acquired throughout her career in finance and administrative support, as well as her organizational abilities and customer service expertise. Earlier, Mrs. Baird worked in the hospitality sector, where she was rapidly promoted to an assistant manager position at Restaurant Mexico Lindo in Mableton, Georgia, beginning in 2012, gaining valuable leadership experience before ultimately pivoting.

Among Mrs. Baird's foundational work, she served as an Agency and Corporate Research Specialist at The List Partners, LLC, an Atlanta-based B2B sales intelligence platform, from 2011 to 2012 after working for Lifetouch in Marietta, Georgia, as a photographer between 2010 and 2011. Her career began at Can You Imagine? in Marietta, where she was introduced to production work as a preparatory specialist and both part-time puller, as well as occasional gift maker from 2004 to 2007.

Mrs. Baird's educational background included earning a College Preparatory diploma with dual seals in college and technical studies from South Cobb High School in 2006. She further enhanced her expertise through several professional credentials, including the completion of Bookkeeper Training School through Ingram Digital Media Inc. Mrs. Baird also received designation as a QuickBooks Online Pro Advisor Certification from Intuit QuickBooks Training through Real World Training and certifications from the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act as an associate and in awareness.

Throughout her career, Mrs. Baird has been actively involved in professional organizations, such as Xperience Connections Women's Networking, where she received significant mentorship from one of the group's leaders and has been continuously encouraged in her growth of comprehensive administrative support services. She is also active in the Cobb Business Women's Association and Paulding Connect networking groups. In addition to her professional pursuits, Mrs. Baird is civically engaged as a volunteer for the Lumina of Hope Foundation, a nonprofit supporting women caretakers of children with special needs or women who are Cancer warriors and survivors since 2025. She has also been an avid supporter of The Southeastern Brain Tumor Foundation since 2019, in honor of her grandfather. She has contributed time at Sunbelt Christian Youth Ranch in Mississippi several summers during her youth as well. Her newest collaborations with nonprofits in 2026 are with both FOCUS Faith-Based Mental Health Coaching and The Schiffer Fund for Agitant Philanthropy.

Looking ahead, Mrs. Baird intends to grow AmberFaced Business Solutions by hiring additional staff, including family members, to create a family-based business model that expands her impact within the small business community while building family wealth and legacy.
