For the past few years, she had served as the vice president of corporate project management at Realberry in Denver. In this capacity, Ms. Bradley had been tasked with managing project timelines to ensure successful on-time launches, automating manual processes through existing systems, building the enterprise risk management platforms from the ground up and overseeing all enterprise changes. Additionally, her greatest achievement with Realberry had been creating and coordinating a three-year enterprise-wide transformation that included the establishment of governance teams, changing the HRIS, compiling and submitting due diligence questionnaires, and creating the foundation for the company's rebrand at the beginning of 2026, along with the implementation of a new equity raise strategy through collaborating with team members across various departments to ensure compliance with capital requirements.

Before being named a vice president, Ms. Bradley was senior director of corporate project management at Realberry from 2022 to 2023. During this period, she refined her expertise in strategic planning and cross-functional leadership, further establishing herself as a key figure in the organization. Between 2019 and 2022, Ms. Bradley held the position of director of process improvement at Realberry, where she led initiatives to streamline operations and enhance efficiency throughout the organization.

Ms. Bradley's earlier career was rooted in healthcare operations at UCHealth in Colorado, which spanned nearly 20 years. From 2016 to 2019, she worked as a performance improvement manager for the Medical Group, where she implemented data-driven strategies to optimize patient care delivery and operational workflows. Between 2015 and 2016, Ms. Bradley contributed as a process improvement consultant to the Medical Group, focusing on continuous quality enhancement projects across multiple provider clinics and hospital departments.

From 2013 to 2015, Ms. Bradley served as clinical quality data analyst and continuous improvement coach for UCHealth's North Region Emergency Services. Her most notable achievement during this tenure was developing a comprehensive systematic approach to emergency department data analytics for UCHealth's Northern Colorado emergency departments. At that time, the Poudre Valley Hospital emergency department was operating approximately 30 years beyond the predictive capacity, serving about 30,000 additional patients annually beyond the design specifications. The resulting new Poudre Valley Hospital emergency room increased capacity from 28 semi-private rooms to approximately 50 private rooms with rooms capable of flexing semi-private room configuration during mass casualty events.

From 2004 to 2013, Ms. Bradley was a laboratory send-outs application specialist at UCHealth's Northern hospitals. Concurrently, she served as a phlebotomy trainer and quality assurance resource coordinator between 2008 and 2010. Her foundational experience included roles as secretary II at UCHealth's Garth Englund Blood Donor Center from 2001 to 2004 and as a laboratory support processor between 2000 and 2001. These early positions provided Ms. Bradley with firsthand exposure to healthcare operations and set the stage for her subsequent focus on process improvement and data analytics.

Ms. Bradley obtained a Bachelor of Science in health and exercise sciences from Colorado State University in Fort Collins in 2001 and a Master of Science in organizational leadership with a concentration in strategic innovation and change management from Colorado State University Global in 2011. She holds several professional credentials as well, including a certified professional from the Society of Human Resources Management, a project management professional from the Project Management Institute, a certified facilitator in DiSC, a master's certification in human resources management and services, and a master's certification in healthcare administration/management.

Ms. Bradley is an active member of several industry-related organizations, including the Project Management Institute. Her commitment extends into civic involvement as a volunteer with the MATHCOUNTS Foundation. She is also a board member of the Colorado Bowhunters Association, where she was recognized as the Volunteer of the Year in 2025.

Ms. Bradley attributes her success entirely to family support. Born at Shaw Air Force Base and growing up in South Florida, her parents instilled discipline and resilience early on.
