Her dedication extends beyond administration, actively involved in coaching, developing after-school programs and teaching essential skills such as teamwork, leadership and communication. As the founder of both the Tatiana Gutsu American Gymnast Invitational and the Tatiana Gutsu Crystal Cup, Mrs. Gutsu has created prestigious events that provide young gymnasts with opportunities to compete at high levels. She also organizes the annual Worldwide Gift of Fit recital, supporting orphanage homes children and adults globally through fitness initiatives.
