Ms. Carrier's career includes other significant roles, such as behavioral health mentor at Penn State University from 2008 to 2019 and diagnostic and interventional radiology residency program administrator at Einstein Healthcare Network from 2008 to 2018. Early in her career, she was a rare disease and voluntary health organization coordinator at the National Disease Research Interchange and in office management at Agstar Agronomy Inc.

Ms. Carrier's academic achievements have laid a strong foundation for her professional journey. She earned a Master of Science in human nutrition from Drexel University in 2015 and a Bachelor of Science in bio-behavioral health from Penn State University in 2006. Her certifications include being a registered dietitian through the Commission on Nutrition and Dietetics and holding an advanced certificate in complementary and integrative therapy from Drexel University.

Furthering her expertise, Ms. Carrier has been an active member of several industry-related organizations, including the PA Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics, the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics, the Association for Program Coordinators in Radiology and the American Botanical Council. Overall, she attributes her success to her dedication and perseverance despite numerous challenges, along with the invaluable support of Margie and Tony Cistone, Bill and Pat Herring, and Morrie and Ginny Kricun.

Beyond her professional endeavors, Ms. Carrier is actively involved in civic initiatives, such as volunteering with her local food bank, Exeter Township Food Bank, and rebuilding homes destroyed by natural disasters through Helping Hands.

In her personal life, Ms. Carrier is dedicated to advancing the vision of her farm. She seeks to expand her produce and herbal gardens, and farm animal population into a space where patients and visitors can select fresh produce, meat, and herbs, and learn about nutrition through hands-on experiences like farm-to-table dinners and cooking sessions, in addition to one-on-one counseling. Her goal is to guide clients through the entire nutrition journey by demonstrating how and where food is grown, how it impacts their bodies, grocery shopping, covering cooking techniques, and food pairing. Additionally, she plans to expand her practice by incorporating integrative dietitians specializing in various organ systems to offer individualized care that intertwines herbal medicine with comprehensive patient support.
