Her tenure at CSG began in 2005 as executive director of internal audit, a role she maintained until 2022 while also serving as internal audit director from 2005 to 2010. Over her 17 years at CSG, Mrs. Wallen implemented the company's first internal audit program and established its foundational risk program—milestones that significantly enhanced CSG's governance structure.
