Under his leadership, Lifemed AI's sales division has helped introduce advanced revenue cycle management technology to hospitals, surgery centers, and a variety of health systems, enabling them to recover significant lost revenue, accelerate collections, and improve payer response times. The company's solution has helped health systems achieve a 12% to 27% improvement in net patient service revenue, creating meaningful financial lift without adding additional burden to internal teams, thus making Lifemed AI a profit center, not a cost center. In 2025, Mr. Williams founded CK Primus Store LLC, where he also acts as a sales consultant. Through this venture, he continues to apply his expertise in sales strategy and team development, further expanding his influence in the business sector.

Also in 2025, Mr. Williams also co-founded Aegis Allergen, which is an indoor air and surface treatment company focused on helping families reduce common household allergens, including pollen, dust mite matter, mold spores, and pet dander. Through its specialized treatment process, the company targets allergens that may be present throughout the home, including both airborne particles and allergens that settle on surfaces. Mr. Williams' work with Aegis reflects his broader interest in building service-based companies that improve quality of life for families and communities.

From 2010 to 2024, Mr. Williams helped build and scale two of the most successful direct-to-consumer sales organizations in the pest control industry. He began his career with Alterra from 2010 to 2016, where he gained extensive experience in regional operations, sales leadership, recruiting, training, and team development across multiple markets.

Following Alterra, Mr. Williams served at Aptive Environmental in Provo, Utah, first as Senior Vice President of Sales from 2016 to 2020 and later as President of Sales from 2020 to 2024. During his tenure, he played a key role in developing Aptive's door-to-door sales program, mentoring 12 individuals who advanced into regional leadership roles, and helping scale the company to more than 2,500 sales representatives nationwide. Through his leadership in recruiting, training, mentorship, and culture-building, Mr. Williams contributed to more than $650 million in company revenue and helped oversee operations that generated more than $1 billion in direct-to-home sales.

Mr. Williams earned a Bachelor of Science in kinesiology with an emphasis in exercise science from Brigham Young University-Idaho in Rexburg in 2011. He credits much of his professional success to the unwavering support and encouragement provided by his wife during moments of self-doubt. He also attributes his achievements to a mindset focused on helping others reach their goals—by recognizing individual strengths and placing people where they can thrive, he has consistently built high-performing teams throughout his career. His unique ability to foster trust-based relationships has enabled him to maximize both individual and organizational potential.

Civically engaged, Mr. Williams is an active member and volunteer with the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, participating in various humanitarian works, service opportunities and charitable donations. He has also volunteered for numerous humanitarian initiatives through Aptive Environmental.

His professional accomplishments have been recognized with induction into the Hall of Fame at Aptive Environmental in 2024.

Born in Rexburg, Idaho, Mr. Williams is guided by his faith, his family, and a deep commitment to building organizations that create meaningful impact. Outside of his professional endeavors, he enjoys playing golf, pickleball, staying active, and spending time with his family.
