Between 2016 and 2022, he worked as a paralegal at MAS Law, focusing on civil litigation and personal injury cases. This position allowed him to develop expertise in case management and legal research while actively seeking opportunities to further his legal education in the U.S. Mr. Vaghefi began his legal career as an associate at the Law Office of Jafar Moghtaderi, Esq., in 2011 in his native country of Iran.

Mr. Vaghefi's academic background is marked by rigorous legal training across multiple countries. After obtaining a Bachelor of Laws from the University of Isfahan in Isfahan, Iran, in 2010, he achieved a Master of Laws in Public Law at University of Shiraz in Shiraz, Iran, in 2013. To facilitate his transition into the American legal system, Mr. Vaghefi earned a certification in paralegal studies from Kaplan Inc., in 2016, followed by a Master of Laws, L.L.M in Comparative and International Law from the Dedman School of Law at Southern Methodist University in Dallas in 2021.

In addition to his formal education, Mr. Vaghefi was admitted to practice by the Iranian Bar Association and remains licensed to practice law within the country. He was also admitted to practice by State Bar of Texas and passed the Uniform Bar Examination ("UBE") on the first attempt with a score sufficient for admission across all jurisdictions that accept UBE.

Mr. Vaghefi is a member of the Dallas Trial Lawyers Association, reflecting his commitment to professional development within the field of personal injury and civil litigation.
