Demonstrating entrepreneurial acumen early in his career, he became one of the owners in 2020, holding a one-third equity stake just three years after completing his undergraduate education.

Mr. Fassbender began his professional journey with an electrical engineering internship from 2016 to 2017, which provided him with practical exposure to the industry and laid the groundwork for his subsequent achievements.

Throughout his career, Mr. Fassbender has maintained active membership in prominent industry organizations such as the Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers (IEEE) and Tau Beta Pi, reflecting his commitment to professional development and engagement with the broader engineering community.

Mr. Fassbender's academic foundation was established at the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee, where he earned a Bachelor of Science in electrical and electronics engineering in 2017. Determined to make an impact outside the classroom as well, he was active within the National Society of Collegiate Scholars and a member of the school's lacrosse team.

Reflecting on his storied journey to date, Mr. Fassbender credits both his formal education and ongoing pursuit of academic credits — required for maintaining his professional engineering license in Wisconsin, Illinois, Michigan, Minnesota, Colorado, Nevada and Tennessee — as critical factors in his success. He attributes much of his work ethic and perseverance to the influence of his grandfather, a Holocaust survivor whose resilience inspired Mr. Fassbender's approach to both personal and professional challenges.

Beyond his technical accomplishments, Mr. Fassbender is known for his longstanding commitment to civic engagement and community service. He contributed to food service initiatives with the Salvation Army from 2008 to 2010 and has supported toy drives organized by Ike Media Group from 2018 to present.

As a balance to his professional endeavors, Mr. Fassbender maintains an active lifestyle through recreational pursuits including golfing, snowboarding, participating in a hockey league and working on personal vehicles such as sports cars and dirt bikes. He also enjoys going on dirt bike rides alongside his dogs.

Looking toward the future, Mr. Fassbender envisions expanding Power Engineering Technologies by hiring additional staff and opening a new office space. Inspired by his mother's dedication to the Jewish Community Center, he also aspires to deepen his involvement in volunteer work.
