From 2013 to 2018, Mr. DeLorenzo was co-founder of Hellojeffrey.com, where he further developed his entrepreneurial skills by acquiring and managing hospitality personnel as an online event planning business, in addition to his work at Wayside Fence Company. Additionally, he co-founded Three Kings Catering, a full-service event company, in 2012 and oversaw its operations until 2013.

More recently Mr. DeLorenzo has been an active member of the American Fence Association, reflecting his commitment to professional development and industry engagement. He is particularly proud of his advocacy efforts that led to the successful enactment of a New York State safety law related to fence pool safety. His dedication to amending a pool gate code safety standard which inhibited contractors from installing safety products as designed has had a tremendous impact on many contactors ability to finish projects correctly and safely in New York.

Mr. DeLorenzo's academic background includes earning a Bachelor of Business Administration in Entrepreneurship from Hofstra University in Hempstead in 2006. His education provided a solid foundation for his ventures into business ownership and management. He attributes much of his success to persistence, resilience, and a willingness to view failure as an opportunity for growth and learning.
