Inc. from 2013 to 2014, gaining practical knowledge in commercial electrical installations, and Mr. Rogers's foundational roles included work as an electrical apprentice at ICS Electrical Services from 2010 to 2013.

A passion for continuous learning prompted Mr. Rogers to advance his technical knowledge by earning industry credentials. He holds refrigeration and heating, ventilation and air conditioning certification from the Refrigeration Service Engineers Society, the journeyman electrician and master electrician designations in electrical and electronics engineering from IEC, and certified electrician status in commercial, industrial and residential electric from Diamond Oaks Career Development Center.
