Prior to founding CTS Inc., Ms. Hartenstine served at ECI Software Solutions from 2018 to 2021 in New Jersey. Initially joining as an implementation specialist in 2018, she advanced to project manager and team lead by 2019. In these capacities, she managed software adoption projects for construction clients, led teams through complex implementations and provided training that drove successful technology integration within client organizations.

For the preceding year, Ms. Hartenstine contributed her expertise as a project manager at Chelsea Lighting in Manhattan, New York. Prior to her time at Chelsea Lighting, her tenure at Arverne by the Sea in the Rockaways marked a significant period in her career from 2014 to 2017. She began as program manager before being promoted to director of operations in 2015. In this role, she managed all facets of operations for the property development company, including accounts payable and receivable, payroll oversight and departmental leadership in warranty management. She also took on responsibilities as superintendent, project manager and senior project manager, gaining comprehensive exposure to every aspect of the business.

During her time at Arverne by the Sea, Ms. Hartenstine also played a pivotal role in the aftermath of Hurricane Sandy when her team's properties became critical resources for the City of New York's repair and rebuild program. Collaborating with city officials and FEMA, she helped restore essential services like heat, hot water and electricity to hundreds of homes affected by the storm surge—an achievement she regards as one of her most significant professional milestones.

Ms. Hartenstine's earlier experience includes five years with The Benjamin Companies from 2009 to 2014, where she progressed from enterprise project coordinator to assistant project manager and then operations project manager. Before joining The Benjamin Companies, she served as assistant operations manager at Gerald Stevens Inc. for one year, where she refined her skills in operational oversight during a challenging economic climate for the building industry. From 2005 to 2008, she worked as a technical consultant at Mark Systems, specializing in construction management software implementations after beginning her professional journey as an investigative intern with the trial team unit at the Camden County Prosecutor's Office in 2004.

Ms. Hartenstine's commitment to professional development is reflected in her active involvement with several industry organizations. She serves on the committee for professional development and education for the Chicagoland Chapter #325 of the National Association of Women in Construction, is a longstanding member of the National Association of Home Builders and has previously participated in the International Association of Women. She was inducted into Golden Key International Honour Society and held multiple leadership roles—including chapter president—within Phi Sigma Sigma Inc.

Educationally, Ms. Hartenstine's background includes earning a Master of Business Administration in project management from Stevens Institute of Technology after completing a Master of Science in enterprise project management and graduating cum laude with a Bachelor of Business Administration from the Fox School of Business at Temple University. Her educational pursuits were supported by strong family networks, enabling her to focus on building a meaningful career.

Furthermore, Ms. Hartenstine has distinguished herself through professional certifications in OSHA safety training, construction technology platforms and project management. She has used her credentials both professionally and civically as a fundraiser and volunteer with Habitat for Humanity, community support organizations and national nonprofits serving children, veterans and individuals affected by ALS.

Ms. Hartenstine's leadership has been formally recognized through organizational honors, such as Chapter of the Year distinctions.
