Prior to founding his independent firm, Mr. Morse was the managing director at Cary Street Partners Financial LLC. Earlier in his career, he led the wealth advisory practice for the Mid-Atlantic region at Ernst & Young (now EY). There, he built the entire registered investment advisor infrastructure and service framework for wealth advisors across North America. Serving high level executives—including prominent C-suite executives at Capital One and AOL—he established personal family offices and managed complex portfolios. Mr. Morse began his professional journey at BB&T Scott & Stringfellow (now Truist) in Richmond, Virginia. In his personal life, Mr. Morse values family above all else—identifying it as his most meaningful personal achievement—and is married to Rana. Together, they have four children.
