Her foundational expertise was shaped during her tenure as director of Compliance Training at AmSouth Bank in Birmingham, Alabama, from 2000 to 2007, where she designed and implemented comprehensive compliance education initiatives.

Ms. Robinson has been a member of the Cary MacGregor Rotary IMPACT Club since 2024. She has judged the InvestWrite National Essay Competition for SIFMA since 2017 and previously contributed to Dress for Success Triangle NC through its speaker's bureau from 2017 to 2018. She is also involved with Rotary Club activities in North Carolina and volunteer opportunities at Farmers.

Born in Alabama, Ms. Robinson enjoys attending live music events in her personal time.
