Initially managing all aspects of these projects alongside her husband, Ms. Roberts expanded her team in 2016 as their portfolio grew to include additional properties such as a senior building and a single-family home project in Champaign, Illinois. Currently, she is leading the leasing efforts for two new senior buildings: one with 60 units in Champaign and another with 66 units in Fairview Heights.
