GREATER BOSTON AREA, MA, June 26, 2026 /24-7PressRelease/ -- Susan Linta has been included in Marquis Who's Who. As in all Marquis Who's Who biographical volumes, individuals profiled are selected on the basis of current reference value. Factors such as position, noteworthy accomplishments, visibility, and prominence in a field are all taken into account during the selection process.

Ms. Linta currently serves as the Chief Executive Officer and Founder of INNOS Enterprise, a Boston-based software-as-a-service company she established in 2022. Under her leadership, the organization has evolved from an AI automation provider into a multifaceted enterprise offering both ready-made products and custom automation solutions tailored to diverse client needs. Recognizing that each organization operates with unique systems and applications, Ms. Linta developed a foundational framework comprising of 10 pillars, expanded from an initial three, to serve as a customizable baseline for every client engagement.

Ms. Linta's approach to intelligent AI automation distinguishes INNOS Enterprise within the industry. Rather than deploying bots and claiming success, she emphasizes meaningful implementation that reduces administrative workload and reporting overhead while preserving and enhancing human cognitive contributions. She has deliberately structured the business model to prioritize education and self-sufficiency for clients, departing from the industry norm of perpetual maintenance contracts. This philosophy is reflected in her mission to make AI literacy accessible to small and mid-sized companies lacking large IT departments, enabling them to maintain their tools independently.

Beyond consulting services, Ms. Linta has initiated a comprehensive app store and launched a master series program designed to teach immediately applicable AI skills across all major platforms, including ChatGPT, Claude, Microsoft Copilot and Claude. The educational program focuses on practical hands-on application and skills that can be used at work and home everyday, and repetitive practice, moving users beyond the superficial use of less than 5% of AI capacity typical among casual users.

A notable achievement in Ms. Linta's company and the INNOS Customer base, was transforming a private healthcare company that was pioneering emerging technology in its field. Despite generating over $1 million in monthly revenue, the company struggled with manual workflows that diverted nurses from patient care to administrative tasks. Ms. Linta and her team diagnosed operational inefficiencies and redesigned the workflow from patient intake through follow-up care, automating 35% of repetitive tasks.

Within 90 days, these changes enabled medical staff to focus on patient health, resulting in a 27% increase in revenue and a 47% boost in throughput within six months. The INNOS Enterprise recommended solution also improved patient experience by building buffer time into appointments and implementing personalized follow-up systems, leading to dramatically increased customer satisfaction rates.

Prior to founding INNOS Enterprise, Ms. Linta spent four years at Amazon Web Services as the Executive Director of global partner strategic business initiatives from 2021 to 2024. In this role, she managed 26 business segments spanning industries such as retail, financial services, banking, insurance, quantum computing and artificial intelligence. Ms. Linta's tenure coincided with significant organizational upheaval marked by high executive turnover and shifting leadership priorities. When AWS leadership decided to divest from emerging technologies deemed insufficiently profitable at the time, she recognized their long-term potential and resolved to pursue her own vision.

From 2017 to 2021, Ms. Linta held an Executive Director position in enterprise technology and operations within corporate engineering at Google in Sunnyvale, California. There, she operated across multiple organizations and played a key role in global procurement focused on technology contracts.

Between 2014 and 2017, Ms. Linta served as executive and senior director of global procurement — chief procurement officer for compliance and operations — in the office of the chief technology officer at Franklin Templeton in the San Francisco Bay Area. Her work centered on technology sector investments and operational strategies from a fintech perspective.

Ms. Linta's earlier career includes serving as the Senior Director of global strategic alliance partners and technology partner management office at NetApp in Sunnyvale from 2006 to 2014. She was recognized during this period with the Innovative Women in Technology award for her contributions.

From 2002 to 2007, Ms. Linta was the Chief Procurement Officer and Vice President of commercial sales operations executive at Affymetrix, now known as Applied Biosystems and part of Thermo Fisher Scientific Inc., where she led sales operations and new product introduction initiatives. Her professional journey began as senior director of IT strategic alliance and partnerships at Palm Inc., now part of HP, in Santa Clara from 1997 to 2002.

Throughout her career, Ms. Linta has developed deep expertise in procurement, legal contracts and operations, skills fundamental to her understanding of business management across various industry sectors. She is a member of the International Association of Women, reflecting her commitment to advancing women's leadership in technology. Notably, Ms. Linta's achievements have been recognized with multiple awards, including Innovative Women in Technology honors at both NetApp and Google.

Ms. Linta's educational background is intentionally interdisciplinary. She earned a Bachelor of Science degree in applied sciences and mathematics from Ferris State University, followed by an undergraduate degree in clinical laboratory science (forensic medicine) and biological sciences from Michigan State University in East Lansing, Michigan.

Rather than pursuing graduate study, Ms. Linta built her expertise through professional certifications, including algorithmic trading and computer design from Saïd Business School at the University of Oxford; an agentic AI professional certification program from MIT Sloan School of Management; and a professional certification program from Stanford University.

Ms. Linta's learning approach combines formal coursework with extensive hands-on experience gained through close collaboration with engineers and leading AI and cloud teams at Amazon Web Services. She further deepened her knowledge through white papers, technical documents and direct engagement with emerging technologies during pivotal moments when structured learning resources were limited.

Reflecting on her career, Ms. Linta attributes her success to embracing failure as an integral part of growth rather than avoiding it, a philosophy that has shaped her resilience throughout her career. She encourages others to recognize that perfection is not attainable, but that true progress comes from failing quickly, learning rapidly and recovering with determination.

Civically engaged throughout her life, Ms. Linta is involved with the Greater Boston Chamber of Commerce and has occasionally volunteered with the Small Business Bureau, despite recent demands on her time due to business growth. She remains committed to expanding public engagement as an opportunity for broader impact beyond her current network.

A passionate advocate for STEM education, Ms. Linta has consistently volunteered in school-based programs throughout her career, teaching mathematics during her children's middle and high school years and facilitating hands-on experiments for students since relocating to Massachusetts. She believes strongly that mathematics and science are foundational for understanding all aspects of life.

Outside her professional pursuits, Ms. Linta enjoys spending time outdoors gardening, visiting farmers' markets, attending her sons' sporting events and painting in watercolor when time permits.

Looking ahead, Ms. Linta aims to expand AI literacy at scale so individuals worldwide can move beyond surface-level familiarity toward genuine proficiency — structuring, applying and operationalizing AI effectively across work environments. Her mission centers on supporting small- and mid-sized businesses so they can compete more effectively against larger enterprises by leveraging AI as an equalizing force, while empowering professionals displaced or dissatisfied within corporate settings to recognize that their domain expertise remains valuable in new AI-enabled workflows.
