Mrs. Vono-Caires' background in art history and museum studies is evident from her tenure at the Worcester Art Museum, where she excelled from 2020 to 2022. As a gallery associate and guest services representative, she gained valuable experience in exhibition management and visitor engagement through ticket sales, security operations and providing general assistance to customers.

From 2018 to 2019, Mrs. Vono-Caires enhanced her leadership skills at Sky Salon in Lincoln, Massachusetts, overseeing daily operations, social media content, transactional upkeep and staff coordination. She also spearheaded social media development for Milford Auto Mall from 2017 to 2019, enhancing the company's digital presence through creative marketing plans and website designs.
