Earlier in 2025, Ms. Bishnoi contributed her expertise as a virtual event project manager for Takeda Pharmaceuticals, where she managed webinars and worked directly with executives, including chief executive officers and board members. That same year, she also held the position of customer experience and events project manager at MaxisIT Inc. in Edison, New Jersey, where she was responsible for enhancing client engagement through meticulously planned corporate events.

From 2023 to 2024, Ms. Bishnoi excelled as a special event manager at Johnson & Johnson in New Brunswick, New Jersey. During her tenure, she played a pivotal role in organizing high-profile corporate gatherings and was honored to participate in the bell-ringing ceremony at Dow Jones for Johnson & Johnson. Between 2021 and 2023, Ms. Bishnoi served as a customer success manager, virtual conference producer and project platform manager at Opsgility in Piscataway, New Jersey. She also worked as an event planning manager at ChoicePoint - Co-Occurring Addiction Treatment in Fair Lawn, New Jersey, in 2021, following her role in public service as a campaign field organizer for Mikie Sherrill for Congress NJ-11 in New Jersey during 2020.

In 2013, Ms. Bishnoi founded and operated I-Events USA in New Jersey for over five years. Under her leadership, the company organized music concerts, film awards ceremonies, and a wide array of social and corporate events, including destination weddings and Meetings, Incentives, Conferences and Exhibitions (or MICE) functions. Notably, about a decade ago, Ms. Bishnoi was commissioned by a Singaporean billionaire to organize a United Nations global peace conference that attracted celebrities and politicians worldwide, a career highlight that remains one of her proudest achievements. She also collaborated on freelance projects with organizations like NASDAQ.

Between 2018 and 2020, Ms. Bishnoi served as an associate events manager for I-Events USA - Abbott Pharmaceutical in New Jersey, where she coordinated pharmaceutical corporate events. Her earlier roles included appointments with companies like Cedar Gardens Banquet in Hamilton, New Jersey, I-Events USA - JPMC in Manhattan, EMDI in Mumbai and Solaris Health System in New Jersey, dating back to 2009.

In preparation for her future, Ms. Bishnoi earned a Bachelor of Arts with concentrations in English literature, political science and history from Maharshi Dayanand Saraswati University in 2002, followed by a Master of Arts in political science from Maharaja Ganga Singh University in 2004. She later acquired a master's degree in event management and execution from the University of Mumbai in 201, which provided her with the organizational acumen necessary for orchestrating large-scale international events.

Ms. Bishnoi further enhanced her professional qualifications.
