His responsibilities include conducting systematic team meetings to review active deals and contracts, managing operational reviews and status calls, troubleshooting internal business issues, conducting employment interviews and reviewing compensation structures. Additionally, he leads corporate growth initiatives and target market recruitment efforts through direct outreach to loan officers, branch managers and entire regions. Prior to his current position, Mr. Tsiperson was an area manager at Synergy One Lending Inc. from 2024 to 2026. In this capacity, he managed regional operations and contributed to the company's expansion efforts across the United States. From 2021 to 2024, he served as a senior vice president of mortgage lending and area manager at Draper and Kramer Mortgage Corporation in Chagrin Falls until the company ceased operations. His earlier experience includes serving as regional manager at Goldwater Bank N.A., where he also briefly held the role of branch manager, and as a sales manager at Bridgeview Bank Mortgage in the Cleveland/Akron region.

Mr. Tsiperson's professional journey began in 2003 as a senior loan officer with AllState Home Mortgage in Euclid, Ohio, where he developed foundational skills in residential lending. He subsequently advanced through several management roles, including manager at First Ohio Banc & Lending from 2006 to 2010 and process manager at First Liberty Financial Group from 2009 to 2010. His entrepreneurial pursuits include currently serving as the owner and chief executive officer of TI, LLC in South Euclid. He was also the president of DBST Consulting LLC for five years and the chief operating officer of KK&T Global Consulting LLC for four years.

A defining milestone in Mr. Tsiperson's career occurred in 2016 when he made the strategic decision to leave the consumer direct market and transition toward a purchase- and relationship-driven business model. After separating from a business partner and moving away from call center management focused on lead generation and refinancing operations, he concentrated on building direct relationships with realtors, financial advisors and certified public accountants. Two years later, in August 2018, he opened an office with three employees: himself, his wife as a loan processor and one assistant. They produced an average of 10 loans per month totaling approximately $1.7 million in volume. Today, this operation has grown to 50 employees, generating nearly $25.5 million in monthly production with more than 100 closed loans per month. Despite a market-driven setback in 2023, his business has experienced consistent year-over-year growth, with eight to 10 branches now comprising the broader region.

In addition to his mortgage leadership roles, Mr. Tsiperson is an accomplished real estate investor who buys, holds, flips and manages both long-term and short-term rental properties. He is passionate about mentorship within the real estate sector, actively coaching individuals on investment strategies, and serves as a certified continuing education trainer for Realtors with the state of Ohio. In this capacity, he conducts a certified two-hour continuing education course focused on VA and veteran loans aimed at debunking myths within the profession while advocating against systemic discrimination faced by veterans seeking VA financing.

Academically, Mr. Tsiperson earned a bachelor's degree in corporate management with a minor in finance from David N. Myers University in Cleveland in 2005 after attending night and weekend classes while launching his lending career in 2003. He credits his success to maintaining absolute honor and ethics in every action, prioritizing people above all else and pairing a relentless work ethic with consistent self-promotion.

Mr. Tsiperson's commitment extends beyond professional achievements into civic engagement.
