Recognizing industry trends toward shorter print runs, often under 10,000 pieces, he championed investments in multiple large-scale digital machines, enhancing flexibility and speed for clients. Mr. Johnson's role encompasses managing accounts across diverse sectors, such as publishing, finance, manufacturing, technology, printing and government at both state and local levels. Notably, he provided secure digital solutions for a naval base near Puerto Rico, an experience that underscored his ability to deliver innovative results in highly regulated environments.

Before joining Ricoh Corporation, Mr. Johnson spent over 15 years with Xerox, where he developed a deep understanding of both offset and digital printing technologies. During his tenure, he achieved national recognition by being ranked number one in the U.S. in 2005. This distinction brought him considerable recognition within the industry and facilitated connections with key leaders. Mr. Johnson began his professional career in 1989 as a financial consultant at Smith Barney before pivoting into a new sector.

Mr. Johnson's academic foundation included earning a Bachelor of Business Administration from Inter American University of Puerto Rico in 1982. His education provided him with essential business acumen and strategic planning skills that have been integral to his professional achievements.
