REISTERSTOWN, MD, July 16, 2026 /24-7PressRelease/ -- Ayan Aliyeva, MEd, MBA, has been selected for inclusion in Marquis Who's Who. As in all Marquis Who's Who biographical volumes, individuals profiled are selected on the basis of current reference value. Factors such as position, noteworthy accomplishments, visibility, and prominence in a field are all taken into account during the selection process.

Ms. Aliyeva, a leader in the education sector, serves as the chief executive officer of A-Level Minds, a pre-K and school-age educational entity, as well as A Level Baku, Azerbaijan office, and A Level Global Education USA (college consulting in the USA). At the helm of her organization since 2021, she has been overseeing all aspects of operations, including teaching in the pre-K program for one to two hours daily, consulting students on college and university placements, conducting financial consulting, and managing licenses and accreditations. Ms. Aliyeva is also responsible for recruiting staff, overseeing team management across multiple locations and conducting Zoom calls with international teams. Notably, her leadership has been instrumental in addressing company operations both in Baku and throughout Azerbaijan. A-Level Minds has also achieved accreditation since its establishment.

With over 20 years of expertise in international education consulting, Ms. Aliyeva has built A-Level Education Group into one of the most trusted pre-college and pre-university consulting firms in the region. To date, she has successfully guided more than 6,000 students in placements across colleges, universities, boarding schools, and therapeutic schools in the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, Europe, and China. Widely recognized for her holistic approach, Ms. Aliyeva is equally distinguished for her profession and career-choice consulting, helping young people identify their academic path before entering higher education. Managing multiple ventures across two continents, Ms. Aliyeva oversees a portfolio of education enterprises in both Azerbaijan and the United States — a testament to her extraordinary vision, operational excellence, and unwavering commitment to transforming students' lives on a global scale.

In addition to her role at A-Level Minds, since 2018, Ms. Aliyeva has been instrumental as the founder and chief executive officer at A-Level Global Education. Through this enterprise, she consults with students from various countries on college admissions and educational pathways, providing guidance that bridges international standards with local needs. Ms. Aliyeva's efforts have resulted in the successful placement of numerous students in reputable institutions worldwide.

Ms. Aliyeva's entrepreneurial journey began in 2014 when she co-founded University Foundation College. Earlier in her career, she excelled as the chief executive officer of A-level LLC in Baku, Azerbaijan, beginning in 2012. In this capacity, Ms. Aliyeva expanded the business internationally, establishing eight branches across Azerbaijan and other countries. This accomplishment laid the groundwork for her later success after relocating to the U.S., where she navigated new licensing and accreditation systems to build thriving enterprises. Ms. Aliyeva also found success as the director of the DAHI Training Center between 2006 and 2012.

The trajectory of Ms. Aliyeva's career was shaped by her early experiences after completing her undergraduate degree. Upon returning from an exchange program in the U.S., she began teaching at a language school in Azerbaijan. Recognizing a growing demand for guidance on U.S. college applications among her students, she initially offered these services informally before formalizing them into a business model. When the language school faced bankruptcy, its owners offered it to Ms. Aliyeva despite her limited business experience at age 20. Accepting this challenge marked her entry into entrepreneurship and set the stage for future accomplishments.

Ms. Aliyeva's academic background is distinguished by an array of degrees that have directly contributed to her achievements. She completed her undergraduate studies with a bachelor's degree in languages from Azerbaijan University of Languages in 2008, followed by a Master of Education from Bangor University in 2018 and a Master of Business Administration from Washington University of Science and Technology in 2025. Ms. Aliyeva credits her educational pursuits, particularly her advanced degrees in education management and business administration, as instrumental to her ability to navigate complex regulatory environments and lead diverse teams.

Adding to her credentials, Ms. Aliyeva's professional affiliations include accreditation in ICEF and NECPA, reflecting her commitment to maintaining high standards within the education sector. Her companies have notably earned recognition as an ICEF-accredited educational abroad agency and a NECPA-accredited pre-K program. Additionally, she holds licensure from the Maryland State Department of Education.

Beyond her professional endeavors, Ms. Aliyeva is deeply engaged in civic initiatives aimed at empowering youth through education and leadership development. She founded the Leadership Summit Program in Azerbaijan, which 3 times annually brings together pre-college, pre-university students for lectures by American professors to teach them about the field and majors so they can choose a major that will be relevant in 20-30 years. The career development summit culminates with volunteer work at orphanages, senior homes and remote villages throughout Azerbaijan. Additionally, Ms. Aliyeva established the Pathfinder Program to provide career development resources that connect students with professionals and educators in fields such as engineering, artificial intelligence and health care.

As a testament to Ms. Aliyeva's hard work and her school's prominence in early childhood education, A-Level Minds was featured in Vogue Baltimore Magazine in 2026. Contributing much of her success to her upbringing, she was born in Russia and relocated to Azerbaijan at the age of five, where she was raised in a family that placed a strong emphasis on education. Her father, an educator and journalist, played a pivotal role in nurturing Ms. Aliyeva's ambitions and instilling confidence from an early age.

Looking ahead, Ms. Aliyeva aspires to open a charter school or a Christian boarding school for underprivileged children while expanding access to quality early childhood education through additional pre-K branches in Baltimore. She recently participated in a literacy program hosted by Johns Hopkins University and the Kennedy Krieger Institute after being selected from approximately 100 applicants. Ms. Aliyeva's broader vision is to secure financial support from government entities and philanthropists to provide scholarships for children from underprivileged families so they may benefit from quality education before embarking on their futures.
