From 2021 to 2023, Ms. Polite held the role of director of corporate compliance at Geico's corporate headquarters. She managed compliance for approximately 40,000 employees nationwide, ensuring adherence to regulatory standards and internal policies.
Ms. Polite's tenure as regional human resources director at Geico spanned from 2013 to 2021. Overseeing human resources functions across 10 states, she played a pivotal role in developing leaders, supporting employees through personal challenges and driving initiatives that promoted inclusive workplace cultures. Her leadership was marked by her commitment to helping individuals recognize their value and potential, mentoring emerging leaders and providing support during difficult moments.
Between 2006 and 2013, Ms. Polite advanced through operations management roles at Geico in the Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex, focusing on claims management and operational leadership. She began her career at Geico as a sales supervisor from 2002 to 2006 after initially joining the company as a sales associate between 2001 and 2002.
Before her extensive career at Geico, Ms. Polite worked with the 21st Century Scholars Program, a nonprofit organization that ignited her passion for community service and nonprofit work.
