In this capacity, he oversees subsidiaries to ensure effective operations and compliance with legal requirements across multiple jurisdictions, relying on local leadership for daily management. He is responsible for the United States administrative functions and maintains oversight of a select group of United States customers served through Chinese operations. e*freightrac products track and monitor high-value goods, trucks and driver behavior across diverse operating environments in Brazil, China and Morocco. Through these efforts, he has demonstrated expertise in telematics, high-value asset tracking and monitoring, fleet tracking and driver behavior analytics as well as global operations management.

Prior to founding e*freightrac LLC, Mr. Fenton-May contributed significantly to the Fulbright Association, serving as a director from 1999 to 2007 and as president for three and a half years during this tenure. In these roles, he supported one of the world's largest international scholarship networks dedicated to educational exchange and cross-cultural understanding. He also served as a director of the Anti-Prejudice Consortium in Atlanta from 2001 to 2005, further reflecting his dedication to fostering inclusivity and combating discrimination.

Overlapping with his role from 1993 to 2000, Mr. Fenton-May held the position of director of operations development at The Coca-Cola Company. In this role, he assisted business expansion initiatives across emerging markets, including Russia, Venezuela and India. His strategic vision contributed to the company's growth in regions undergoing significant economic transformation.

Mr. Fenton-May's most notable professional achievement occurred during his tenure as president of Coca-Cola China from 1986 to 1993—a period marked by China's opening-up reforms. When he assumed leadership, annual sales stood at 500,000 cases; by the time he departed seven years later, sales had reached 100 million cases. The infrastructure established under his guidance would later support sales exceeding two billion cases annually. He navigated considerable challenges during this early era of transition in China, including limited food availability and evolving hospitality standards in major cities. Earlier in his career, Mr. Fenton-May's service included seven years as Vice-President and technical manager for Coca-Cola Central Pacific from 1979 to 1986 after relocating to Asia. Prior to that he was Director of Quality Assurance for The Coca-Cola Company, based in Atlanta, from 1976 to 1979.

Mr. Fenton-May's professional affiliations reflect his standing within the global business community. He has been a board member and former president of the Fulbright Association, a member of The Society of International Business Fellows (SIBF), the Institute of Food Technologists and is a member of the honor societies of Sigma Xi and Phi Kappa Phi.

Educationally, Mr. Fenton-May earned a Doctor of Philosophy in chemical engineering from the University of Wisconsin-Madison in 1971, following completion of a Bachelor of Science in chemical engineering with first-class honors from the University of Edinburgh in Scotland in 1967. His formative education took place at a Jesuit boarding high school in what was then Rhodesia—now Zimbabwe—where his parents lived near Victoria Falls. He attributes his long-term success to the school's Jesuit principle of "men for others," which instilled a lifelong commitment to service and mentorship that continues to guide his professional endeavors.

Born in London, UK, Mr. Fenton-May has cultivated a passion for international travel—having visited more than 100 countries—and maintains an active interest in international politics and reading, particularly works focused on China, the Middle East, Arab society and Islam's diverse branches. He is also civically engaged as a longstanding member of The Cathedral of St. Philip in Atlanta since 1973.
