During this period, he provided expert guidance to healthcare organizations seeking to optimize their staffing models and address workforce shortages, developing sustainable solutions tailored to the unique needs of each client.

Mr. Garza also made a lasting impact throughout his three-decade tenure at DiagnosTemps Radiology Staffing Agency, the first of its kind to be established in the United States. Initially joining the organization when it specialized in as-needed and local staffing, he played a key role in building and managing its national travel staffing division. As he cultivated enduring relationships with hospital systems and their leadership teams across the country, he became a trusted resource for directors and managers, offering support on staffing challenges, personnel decisions and career development for their teams. These long-term partnerships stand among his most meaningful professional achievement and have been foundational to his influence within the healthcare staffing industry.

Mr. Garza's academic background includes an Associate of Science in mortuary science from Dallas Institute of Funeral Service, earned in 1989, as well as coursework at East Texas State University. His initial experience as a funeral director and embalmer provided him with valuable exposure to the scientific aspects of healthcare, which ultimately inspired his transition into radiology staffing.

Reflecting on his storied journey thus far, Mr. Garza attributes his success to resilience, a refusal to take rejection personally and an unwavering belief in the value of his contributions. He has consistently demonstrated his passion for his profession by adapting to various changes within the radiology field and seeking innovative ways to facilitate growth for both individuals and organizations.

Alongside his wife of more than 30 years, he volunteers at local pantries and soup kitchens during Thanksgiving, reflecting the family's longstanding commitment to service.
