After permanently relocating to Florida, he built an accomplished career with Patina Group, ultimately serving as Director of Operations and overseeing several of the company's premier dining destinations at Walt Disney World, including Via Napoli Ristorante e Pizzeria, Tutto Italia Ristorante, Pizza Ponte, Enzo's Hideaway, and later Space 220 Restaurant.

Throughout his career, Mr. Uberti has led multidisciplinary teams, mentored future hospitality leaders, and delivered guest experiences that reflect Disney's internationally recognized standards of service. Among his proudest professional accomplishments was helping coordinate the safe repatriation of more than 200 Italian Cultural Representatives during the COVID-19 pandemic, an effort that earned him a special commendation from the Consulate General of Italy in Miami.
