Mr. Tighe negotiated a favorable lease agreement to co-locate the office space with their manufacturing facility, prior to pursuing a next-level build that will meet all the needs of the growing company.

In 2025, Mr. Tighe assumed the additional role of sales engineer at E-Tech Heat Recovery Systems, where he continues to apply his business development expertise to support technical sales initiatives and foster client relationships. From 2022 to 2025, he served as the company's project manager, overseeing complex projects and ensuring their successful completion. His tenure as a salesperson from 2017 to 2023 was marked by designing and selling equipment, which provided him with comprehensive insight into customer needs and product innovation.

Before joining E-Tech Heat Recovery Systems, Mr. Tighe was employed at Kinetic Steel Corporation in Tulsa. He held the position of sales operations coordinator from 2016 to 2017, where he managed sales logistics and contributed to operational efficiency. Earlier, from 2012 to 2013, he worked as a master welder at Kinetic Steel Corporation in the Tulsa metropolitan area, gaining hands-on experience that would later inform his leadership approach.

Mr. Tighe began his professional journey in May 2012 as a structural welder for a vendor associated with E-Tech Heat Recovery Systems. His progression from an entry-level position through various management roles has afforded him a thorough understanding of all phases and dynamics of company operations—an asset he considers crucial for effective leadership.

His commitment to professional excellence is further demonstrated by his active membership in industry organizations, including the Boiler Industry Leaders of Tomorrow and the American Boiler Manufacturers Association, since 2025.

Academically, Mr. Tighe holds a Bachelor of Science in Organizational Leadership from Southern Nazarene University in 2019 and is pursuing graduate-level studies to meet the ever-increasing demands on his time. His eyes are set on the University of Oklahoma and their Masters' Degree program in Engineering Leadership and Management. He attributes much of his success to entering the field at age 21 and being fully immersed in industry operations from an early stage; this foundational knowledge has been instrumental throughout his career.

Beyond his professional pursuits, Mr. Tighe is civically engaged as a volunteer with his church, Woodlake Church, in the audio department, and with Ducks Unlimited, contributing to wildlife habitat preservation efforts.

Born in Tulsa, Mr. Tighe enjoys spending time outdoors hiking, hunting deer and waterfowl and fishing. He has been married to Reagan since July 2017 and is the father of two children: Whitley and James. Looking ahead, Mr. Tighe remains focused on advancing E-Tech Heat Recovery Systems' next major project—a new facility that will serve as both a design and fabrication headquarters—and is actively engaging general contractors to realize it. He envisions substantial growth for the company through expansion into new markets and ongoing patent and trademark applications, which will further benefit the business.
