Prior to her current role, Ms. Larscheid served as the West Horizontal Business Applications ISV Sales Leader and, before that, as a Senior Sales Leader in ISV and Enterprise. Oracle (2019–2021)

Ms. Larscheid founded Women of the World ("WOW") at AWS in 2021 after observing a lack of female representation upon joining as a first-line sales leader. The initiative has grown into a global network exceeding 1,300 members, including partners and customers, and features monthly mentoring sessions, flagship events at AWS re:Invent, and localized gatherings at regional summits.

Her commitment to advancing women's leadership began earlier at Cisco, where she was a founding member of the Women Action Network (WAN) and independently launched Senior Leadership Women's Consortium in 2002, uniting senior female leaders (CIO & CFOs) across Southern California with Cisco leadership.

Civic Involvement

Ms. Larscheid's community engagement spans advocacy, service, and youth empowerment. She participates with The Women's Alliance, serves on the advisory board for Advancing Women in Tech, and acts as executive ambassador for AWS's San Diego offices. Ms. Larscheid holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology with a minor in Dance from Arizona State University. Raised in the Midwest, she has been a Californian for 25 years, and currently resides in San Diego, CA She maintains an active lifestyle centered around her family, outdoor recreation, and community, involving beach walks, mountain biking, hiking, and Pilates.
