Beyond his expertise in track-and-field training, which has been pivotal in shaping the academy's sporting programs, he provides 10 scholarships each year to help exceptional young athletes and their families achieve their educational goals.

From 1993 to 2003, Dr. Idahosa worked as a social worker for the State of Washington. In this position, he oversaw the implementation of critical programs designed to support vulnerable populations and improve community welfare. His tenure was preceded by his role as a social worker with the State of Washington from 1990 to 1993, during which he provided direct support and advocacy for individuals and families in need.

Additionally, Dr. Idahosa contributed as a program administrator for the State of Washington, further expanding his impact on public service initiatives and organizational management.

Hailing from an equally accomplished academic background, Dr. Idahosa was awarded an honorary doctorate from Eminence Christian University in recognition of his contributions to leadership and community service. He also holds a bachelor's degree in management science, which provided a strong foundation for his roles in administration and organizational leadership. His educational achievements are complemented by certifications in management and facilities as well as continuous quality improvement, underscoring his deep commitment to professional development.
