In this capacity, he consults federal clients in the Department of Defense and Department of Homeland Security on optimizing information technology operations and adopting next-generation technologies such as artificial intelligence.

At IBM, Mr. Sabharwal leads a 25-member domestic team alongside a large offshore team in India, overseeing the execution of complex technology solutions. His responsibilities include analyzing client operations to identify challenges, mapping needs to IBM technologies, designing tailored solutions and assigning project tasks based on team expertise.

Mr. Sabharwal's tenure at IBM spans over 15 years, reflecting a steady progression through key leadership roles. Since 2022, he has also served as principal artificial intelligence and cloud architect for IBM Financial, where he continues to drive innovation in financial technology solutions.

Between 2020 and 2022, Mr. Sabharwal was the artificial intelligence and hybrid cloud leader at IBM Consulting, guiding clients through digital transformation initiatives. His previous positions include senior IT infrastructure architect for IBM Software Group and Watson Health between 2011 and 2020, and senior cloud and infrastructure architect at IBM from 2012 to 2018.

Earlier, from 2018 to 2020, Mr. Sabharwal contributed as an enterprise cloud and infrastructure architect at Citi, where he played a pivotal role in advancing the organization's cloud strategy. Prior to this, he was a senior WebSphere administrator and WebSphere portal administrator for the City of New York from 2010 to 2012. He held similar roles at Wachovia, a Wells Fargo company, between 2009 and 2010 and began his career as a WebSphere administrator at The World Bank from 2008 to 2009.

Mr. Sabharwal's academic background has been instrumental in shaping his professional journey. He is currently pursuing doctoral research in artificial intelligence at Capitol Technology University.
