Prior to joining Citrin Cooperman, Ms. Sison advanced through several leadership positions at Signature Analytics, serving as accounting manager, assistant controller, controller, and ultimately director. Her progression reflected a consistent ability to build trusted client relationships, develop high-performing teams, and deliver strategic financial solutions for organizations navigating growth, operational change, and increasingly complex accounting environments. She also played an important role in the successful integration of Signature Analytics into Citrin Cooperman following the firm's acquisition.

Before transitioning into business advisory, Ms. Sison served as an accounting manager at DigitalBridge Group Inc., a publicly traded investment management company, where she supported corporate accounting operations during a period of significant organizational transformation. Working within a public company environment provided valuable experience in complex financial reporting, corporate accounting, and the operational challenges organizations face as they scale and evolve.

Ms. Sison began her professional career with Ernst & Young (EY), where she spent five years serving clients across multiple industries in financial statement and internal control audits.
