For more than three decades, Mr. Castellani built a distinguished career with International Business Machines Corporation (IBM). Beginning in 1978, he advanced to the position of Business Controls Principal Advisor, earning a reputation for excellence in finance, business management, and strategic leadership. Throughout his career, he was guided by values instilled by his father—integrity, hard work, humility, and an unwavering commitment to excellence.

In 2009, following his retirement from IBM, Mr. Castellani experienced what he believes was a clear calling from God. Rather than pursuing a traditional retirement, he dedicated his life to serving women, children, and families facing unplanned pregnancies.

That calling led to the founding of Oasis Pregnancy Care Centers in Land O' Lakes, Florida, strategically located near local high schools to reach young women in crisis. Serving as Founder and Executive Director from 2009 through 2024, he helped build a ministry that became a beacon of hope throughout the community.

Under his leadership, Oasis Pregnancy Care Centers played a role in saving more than 700 babies from abortion while sharing the Gospel with hundreds of women and families. More than 500 individuals made decisions to follow Jesus Christ through the ministry's outreach, making its impact both life-saving and life-changing.

Since 2024, Mr. Castellani has served as Executive Director of the Pregnancy Care Center of Zephyrhills, where he continues to lead with compassion and vision. He oversees daily ministry operations, develops strategic partnerships, raises community awareness, mentors staff and volunteers, cultivates donor relationships, and organizes major fundraising events that sustain the center's mission of offering hope, help, and healing.

His journey of perseverance began long before his ministry.

Born in Ormond Beach, Florida, Mr. Castellani moved with his family to upstate New York as a young child. Excelling in mathematics throughout school, he developed a strong analytical foundation that would later shape his career.

After graduating from high school, he enlisted in the United States Army, serving from 1974 to 1977. His commitment to excellence quickly distinguished him. He earned Trainee of the Cycle during basic training and was selected as a contender for Trainee of the Base. Later, upon completing the Army Finance School, he graduated at the top of his class—an accomplishment that reinforced a lifelong belief that discipline and determination open doors to extraordinary opportunities.

Following his honorable military service, Mr. Castellani attended Pace University, where he approached his education with the same discipline that defined his military career. Treating college as a full-time occupation, he committed to studying forty hours each week, earning a place on the Dean's List every semester. He graduated with honors in 1982 with a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting and Finance and later earned the designation of Certified Management Accountant (CMA).

Beyond his professional accomplishments, Mr. Castellani treasures his greatest blessings—his faith and family. He and his wife, Ellen, share a loving family that includes five children, eight grandchildren, and one great-grandchild, with more expected to join the family in the years ahead. Active in his church, he also enjoys walking and spending time on the golf course.

His commitment to serving others extends well beyond the pregnancy center ministry. Mr. Castellani has served as Treasurer of the Healthy Start Coalition of Pasco, consulted with Hope Cove and numerous pregnancy centers across the country, and served on the Board of Directors for the Hispanic Chamber of Commerce of Tampa Bay.

An accomplished author, Mr. Castellani has also sought to encourage and equip others through his writing. His book, The Great Darkness, chronicles his personal journey through hardship, faith, forgiveness, and redemption, offering hope to those navigating difficult seasons of life. His companion book, How to Start a Pregnancy Center, provides practical guidance for individuals and organizations called to establish life-affirming ministries. Both books are available on Amazon.

His work has earned numerous honors, including Nonprofit of the Year from both the Greater Pasco Chamber of Commerce and the Hispanic Chamber of Commerce of Tampa Bay, as well as Civic Organization of the Year from the Wesley Chapel Chamber of Commerce. He has also been featured in Florida Women Magazine for his leadership and service to families throughout the region.

Looking to the future, Mr. Castellani plans to continue investing in leaders and ministries through consulting, coaching, and mentoring after eventually stepping away from executive leadership. His passion remains unchanged: to strengthen pregnancy centers, equip nonprofit leaders, protect the unborn, and help families discover hope through the love of Christ.
