COCONUT CREEK, FL, July 21, 2026 /24-7PressRelease/ -- Priscila Cardozo has been selected for inclusion in Marquis Who's Who. As in all Marquis Who's Who biographical volumes, individuals profiled are selected on the basis of current reference value. Factors such as position, noteworthy accomplishments, visibility, and prominence in a field are all taken into account during the selection process.

Marked by more than 20 years of experience in technical sales, project management and renewable energy power generation, Ms. Cardozo is making a vital global impact as chief executive officer of RPS Energy & Industrial Technology Solutions LLC, which she founded in 2021 after cultivating her vision for over 15 years. Under her leadership, RPS Energy has become a pioneer in ecosystem engineering, delivering solutions that extend beyond renewable energy to encompass the entire ecological framework.

Having spearheaded major projects across Europe, Asia, Africa, North America and South America, Ms. Cardozo is now leading a $180 million investment in the United States to establish a manufacturing plant dedicated to producing energy-generating units powered by biomass. This initiative represents a significant technological advancement, positioning RPS Energy as an independent power producer that offers tailored design engineering solutions for both commercial and governmental markets.

Among the company's innovations is a processing plant that is capable of extracting water from cacti and producing hydrogen gas, providing both potable water and energy for remote locations while supporting soil fertilization and irrigation needs. Committed to providing sustainability through intelligent energy systems and highest level of engineering solutions, Ms. Cardozo is working to certify and patent her technology in the United States, aiming for full carbon credit qualification due to its 100% zero carbon emissions. RPS Energy has also secured a contract with the government of Zambia to supply 1.6 gigawatts of energy, underscoring its expanding global impact.

From 2025 to 2026, Ms. Cardozo excelled as the regional account manager at Hitachi Energy USA, where she broadened her expertise in transmission and distribution lines, off-grid energy systems, feasibility studies and the complex supply chain required for constructing renewable and hybrid power plants. Her role encompassed procurement, renewable power plants design, construction and documentation, ultimately deepening her knowledge of the automation technology essential for modern energy infrastructure.

Holding concurrent positions as territory sales manager at both MSHS Group and Motor Services Hugo Stamp Inc. from 2017 to 2025, Ms. Cardozo developed business opportunities and gained valuable experience within the cruise line sector. She also provided vital engineering and maintenance services for heavy equipment, diesel engines and control systems across the Caribbean region, managing all power plants in the area to ensure operational efficiency and reliability.

Ms. Cardozo's equally impactful seven-year tenure at W&O Supply in Jacksonville, Florida, saw her hold several key roles: project manager of business development, project and sales manager of international business development, sales business development manager, and project manager of business operations in her native Brazil. Sponsored by W&O as a specialized professional, she relocated to the United States and successfully developed the company's marine sector. Her responsibilities also included overseeing operational planning, documentation and sales for major projects within the maritime and oil and gas industries.

Additionally, Ms. Cardozo served as vice president of operations for the Project Management Institute Northeast Florida Chapter from 2015 to 2017, reflecting her commitment to advancing best project administration practices throughout professional organizations.

Prior to relocating to the United States, Ms. Cardozo began her career at age 18 in Brazil's marine and offshore industry with Petrobras SA from 2003 to 2006. During this period, she contributed to significant projects such as constructing drilling ships and new offshore platforms while managing operational planning, documentation and sales. A pivotal moment in her partnership with Petrobras came when she developed proprietary technology that was installed at their facilities and offshore exploration fields; this collaboration required her to sign a 10-year nondisclosure agreement restricting the marketing or distribution of these machines during that time.

Throughout every stage of her journey in the energy sector and beyond, Ms. Cardozo has been recognized for her unwavering commitment to continuous learning — a quality she considers her most meaningful achievement. Her humility and determination have enabled her to gain comprehensive knowledge across multiple industries, allowing her to analyze trends, identify areas for improvement and develop innovative solutions that drive sustainability and positive impact. In honor of her outstanding contributions to the maritime industry, she was presented with a medal from the Marine Navy Association in 2026.

Hailing from an equally accomplished academic background, Ms. Cardozo earned a master's degree in international business in USA in 2024 as well as a bachelor's degree in business administration with an emphasis in international trade in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil in 2007. She has also completed the Negotiation Mastery and Disruptive Strategy programs at Harvard Business School and is certified in both project management and international business trade by the University of North Florida.

Reflecting on her storied journey to date, Ms. Cardozo attributes her success to the core values instilled by her father — integrity, humility, curiosity and a relentless pursuit of learning and humanity — which have guided every aspect of her personal and professional journey. Despite facing challenges such as discouragement or criticism regarding language skills or cultural differences, she has consistently used her international experiences as opportunities for growth.
Also known for her longstanding commitment to civic-minded and charitable causes, Ms. Cardozo has spent time preparing lunches for individuals and families in need with Ronald McDonald House since 2015 and participated in poverty alleviation causes with Second Harvest North Florida Food Bank since 2013.

Outside of her professional pursuits, Ms. Cardozo enjoys watching documentaries, exploring different cultures and behaviors, engaging with interior design projects and spending quality time with her son Samuel. Maintaining a strong connection to her roots in Brazil, she is devoted to giving back to her home country after many years abroad by forming partnerships within the marine industry that allow her to reconnect with enduring acquaintances while supporting local initiatives.

Looking ahead, Ms. Cardozo remains committed to expanding access to clean and efficient energy solutions across the world through decentralized technology — particularly for the benefit of small cities where traditional transmission lines are not feasible or affordable. She aims for every location where RPS operates energy infrastructure to include charity programs that support local communities through job creation, training opportunities for children, and educational initiatives designed to foster interest in renewable energy fields, further reflecting her holistic approach centered on people, community engagement and environmental stewardship.
